Observing the incontinuity in electricity price, we study the decision theory of real options under jump diffusion processes. We analyze the impacts of jump factor on the triggering value in optimal timing of investment. We also try to extend the traditional theory of real options based on the changes of market conditions and investment behavior of investor. At last, the numerical methods are discussed.

In the study of defect problems in elastic media, first, the uniform stress fields within a three-phase anisotropic elliptic inclusion in anti-plane shear is discussed; second, an exact solution is given for an edge dislocation in a three-phase composite cylinder model with a sliding interface; finally, an analytic solution is derived for two circular inclusions with circumferentially inhomogeneously imperfect interfaces interacting with a circular Eshelby inclusion in anti-plane shear.

Combining with the critical components including the monopolar plate and membrane electrode assembly, the latest research progress of MEMS-based micro fuel cells are also summarized systematically. Finally, the existing problems and development trend are analyzed, and the urgent demand for developing MEMS-based micro fuel cells in our country is demonstrated.
