Based on the maximum margin criterion, a new algorithm of orthogonal optimal discriminant vectors and a new algorithm of statistically uncorrelated optimal discriminant vectors for feature extraction were proposed.

基于最大间距准则(Maximum Margin Criterion， MMC)下，提出一组具有标准正交性的最佳鉴别矢量的计算方法和一组具有统计不相关性的最佳鉴别矢量的计算方法。

On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles,the method of response surface method with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted.then the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis.response surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response value.resultsthe optimum conditions of lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶32,extraction temperature of 84℃ and extraction time of 2.3 h,one time extraction.conclusionthe yield of lycium barbarum polysaccharides is 11.10% under the optimum conditions.

方法在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平，根据中心组合（box-benhnken）实验设计原理采用3因素水平的响应面分析法，依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子，以多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后，得出枸杞多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为：料液比1∶32；浸提温度84℃；浸提时间2.3h；浸提1次。结论在最佳工艺条件下，枸杞多糖的实际提取率可达11.10%。

We used ITO glass substrate and high purity（99.99%） titanium , put to use sputtering process, add to high purity O2 make it complete the best structure film and the thickness about 1400 . By way of 500℃ anneal could got a better anatase phase, this result could easy reaction with electrolyte to increase electron-transferred. Used as spin casting covering PR on ITO substrate, transferring patterns of array circular shapes on a mask to photography, used optimize temperature and time to hard bake. Finally used HCl to etching underexposed TiO2 area, and acetone to tripper top PR, make it to accomplish pillars shape TiO2 electrode.

本研究使用ITO玻璃基板为底材在以高纯度钛(99.99%)为靶材，利用溅镀方式通入纯氧使其行成高纯度TiO2镀於ITO基板上行成厚度约1400的薄膜，且经500℃高温烧结使其行成最强的锐钛矿结晶相，此晶相有利於与电解液反应进而增加电子的转移，提升太阳能电池最佳的效率，在以旋转涂布方式铺上光阻，以矩阵排列的圆孔光罩曝光、最佳的温度及时间来烘烤、显影后；使用盐酸以等向性湿蚀刻方式蚀刻未曝光之TiO2区域，最后利用鈵铜将最上层光阻去除，使其行成柱状TiO2的电极。

Firstly, polyacrylamide with 26 million molecular weight was compounded in lab through establishing optimum compounding initiator proportionality of 1:1. 3 and mass concentration of 170 mgL^(-1), temperature of 10 ℃, acrylamide mass percentage of 25%, electrical conductivity of 3.6 μSm^(-1) and pH value of 6.57. The salt-resistance, thermal endurance and shear-resistance of polyacrylamide could be enhanced b introducing sulfonic acid group or styrene sulfonate group or drawing the two groups above at the same time. Secondly, chelator HEDP, bactericide isoquinoline ketone and oxygen scavenger thiourea were optimized to improve the compatibility of polyacrylamide and formation water.

在由室内试验确定了复合引发剂最佳比值1：1.3和质量浓度170 mgL^(-1)、合成最佳温度10℃、丙烯酰胺单体质量分数25%、电导率3.6μSm^(-1)和pH值6.57后，合成出相对分子质量高于2.6×10^7的聚丙烯酰胺，同时通过丙烯酰胺单体复配引入磺酸基团、苯乙烯磺酸基团或同时引入此两种基团，提高了聚合物的抗盐、抗温、抗剪切性能；后针对聚丙烯酰胺与地层水配伍性差的问题，优选出HEDP螯合剂、异噻唑烷酮杀菌剂和除氧剂硫脲，对聚合物稳定效果明显。

Having considered the forgoing findings, the researchers add up the amounts of the above two types as the filling amount of the composite micro structure, with the filling fluid being acetone. In fabricating the heat spreader, a copper pipe is added to serve the filling purpose. Through measuring the solubility,stability and hydrolyzation property,the effect of additives on the characteristics of concentrated aqueous reactive blue P-3R was investigated. The results showed that among the four kinds of organic solvents,N-methyl pyrrolidone was the best one and its optimum dosage 10%. Na_ 2 HPO_ 4 /NaH_ 2 PO_ 4 was a better buffer and its optimum dosage was 3%.

通过对液态染料溶解性、稳定性、耐水解程度等的测试，综合考察了添加剂的种类及用量对高浓度液态活性艳蓝P-3R性能的影响，结果表明在所考察的四种有机共溶剂中，N-甲基吡咯烷酮的效果最好，且其最佳用量为10%；缓冲溶液中Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4的效果较好，最佳用量为3%。
