Abstract］ Objective To validate the increasing GSI incidence in elderly,early diagnosis and operation is the key mean to yield optimal result.Methods Using our hypothetic mechanism of GSI formation to explain the increasing GSI incidence,and 32 cases with GSI were retrospectively analyzed.

目的 确定高龄人群胆石性肠梗阻(gallstone ileus，GSI)的发病率，早期诊断和早期手术，达到最佳治疗效果的可行性方法结合本组32例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。
