From these simulation results, we analyze and discuss the influence of cavity boundary on Q factors of WG modes. Since there is scale size limitation due to diffraction limitation in microdisk, we also propose a novel design of photonic crystal circular-shaped (CD2) microcavity with well-sustained WG mode. We will apply the same optimization method on this microcavity named photonic crystal microflower CD2 (MFCD2) microcavity. And then this design is realized by a series fabrication processes and the measurement results will be analyzed and discussed.

The lift course of hanging device on wheat no-tillage planter was simulated by using the software of ADAMS. Some important parameters were obtained such as height of the working part relative to ground, the distance between the working part and the rear wheel of tractor, the angle of road pass and the force of hanging point, etc. The key parameters of the hanging device and its best working parameter of hanging device were found out through optimization simulation. Simulation results showed that suspension point had minimum force when variable DV_1 and DV_2 gained corresponding maximum and minimum at scope of structure limit.

In this thesis, the theories and methods of GA are analyzed in detail , the trend of GA in recent times is briefly discussed. Because of the importance of image segmentation, two methods of color image segmentation based on GA are proposed. One is the surface of thresholds image segment method, the other is entropic threshold method. Two algorithms are realized through VC++ 6.0. After that, we compare the characteristics of two algorithms and prove that GA can be very well applied to solving image optimal problems.
