Livestock wastewater contains not only high concentration of organics, but also amino acid. This paper studied efficiency of UASB applied in such wastewater, and the influences of environmental and operation conditions on ammoification rate were analyzed. Results show that suitable pH for the bacterium had a wide range from 6. 5 to 8, and pH 7 was the best.
