The optimal carrier gas velocity of prepared SE-30 series capillary chromatographic columns was studied and used to separate isomeric compounds. The efficiency of SE-30 capillary chromatographic columns has been studied with different diameters, film thicknesses and oven temperatures, using n-do-decane, phenol, aminobenzene, and butyl acetate as test samples.

结果表明，ADPG焦磷酸化酶和淀粉分支酶是春玉米淀粉合成的关键酶；施纯氮200 kg/hm2处理是提高春玉米ADPG焦磷酸化酶活性和提高本育9、平安18、四单19 Q酶活性的最佳处理；施纯氮100 kg/hm2处理是提高丰禾10Q酶活性的最佳处理。

The results showed that the carbon membranes preoxidized at 460℃,30min,and carbonized at 650℃reached the highest permeability.The permeabilities of H_2,CO_2,O_2,N_2 were 1016.4、710.3、187.8、14.0 Barrer1 Barrer=10~(-10cm~3·cm·cm~2·s~(-1)·cmHg~(-1),respectively.The carbon membranes preoxidized at 460℃,30 min,and carbonized at 850℃reached the highest selectivity.The ideal separation factors of H_2/N_2、CO_2/N_2,O_2/N_2 were 129.2、93.1、21.9、respectively.

结果表明：PPESK前驱体经460℃，30 min预氧化处理，650℃炭化得到的炭膜气体渗透性最佳，H_2、CO_2、O_2、N_2的渗透系数分别达到了1016.4、710.3、187.8、14.0 Barrer1 Barrer=10~(-10cm~3·cm·cm~(-2)·s~(-1)·cmHg~(-1)；经460℃，30 min预氧化处理，850℃炭化得到的炭膜气体选择性最佳，H_2/N_2、CO_2/N_2、O_2/N_2的分离系数分别达到了129.2、93.1、21.9。

This thesis focuses on studying the matrix equa-tion problem systematically, and proposed an abstract algorithm of solving the matrixequation with constraints, and established a strict convergence theory. Using this algo-rithm, we can solve the sets of matrix equation satisfying some constraint conditions,such as symmetric, antisymmetric, centrosymmetric, centroskew symmetric, re?exive,antire?exive, bisymmetric, symmetric and antipersymmetric, symmetric orthogonalsymmetric, symmetric orthogonal antisymmetric, Hermite generalized Hamilton ma-trix;So we can solve the problem with this algorithm, if the set of constrain matrixcan make a subspace in matrix space, and this algorithm also can solve the optimalapproximation and least squares problem. So this abstract algorithm has universal andimportant practical value.

本篇硕士论文系统地研究了此类问题，并找到了求解约束矩阵问题的抽象算法，并建立严格的收敛性理论，利用这一算法可求解约束条件为对称矩阵、反对称矩阵、中心对称矩阵、中心反对称矩阵、自反矩阵、反自反矩阵，对称正交对称矩阵、对称正交反对称矩阵、双中心矩阵、Hermite广义Hamilton矩阵等；可以说只要约束矩阵集合在矩阵空间中构成子空间，都可以考虑用此算法求解，而且这一算法还能把矩阵方程解及其最佳逼近，最小二乘解及其最佳逼近统一处理，因此本文算法有普适性和重要的实用价值。

When the equation is consistent, the solutions such as symmetric, skew-symmetric, centrosymmetric, centroskew symmetric, reflexive, antireflexive, bisymmetric or symmetric and antipersymmetric are successfully found; When the equation is inconsistent, the least-squares solutions such as symmetric, skew-symmetric, centrosymmetric, centroskew symmetric, reflexive, antireflexive, bisymmetric or symmetric and antipersymmetric are also found successfully. The generalized conjugate gradient method has the following traits:(1) It can judge automatically the information of solutions.

利用广义共轭梯度法，讨论了问题Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ解的情况：当方程相容时，研究了方程的一般解、对称解、中心对称解、自反矩阵解、双对称解、对称次反对称解及其最佳逼近等问题；当方程不相容时，研究了方程的最小二乘一般解、最小二乘对称解、最小二乘中心对称解、最小二乘自反矩阵解、最小二乘双对称解、最小二乘对称次反对称解及其最佳逼近等问题。

The effects of solvent on the bromization reaction and oxidant on the formolation reaction of the target product were studied. The results show that the optimum solvent for the bromization reaction and the optimum oxidant for the formolation reaction of the target product were carbon tetrachloride and ceric ammonium nitrate, and their yields were 86.7% and 89.3% respectively.

同时就溴化反应中的溶剂以及甲酰化反应中的氧化剂对两类反应的影响分别进行了研究，结果表明溴化反应的最佳溶剂为四氯化碳，反应产率达到86.7%，甲酰化反应的最佳氧化剂为硝酸铈铵，产率达到89.3%。

The results showed that adding lime could improve the growth of sisal effectively and inhibit the uptake of heavy metals on Cu polluted soil. When soil Cu was 500mg/kg, the best dosage was 3375kg/hm2. When soil Cu was 1000mg/kg the best dosage was 4500kg/ hm2, this combination of sisal and calcareousness could transplant Cu twice time more than that of only plant sisal. When soil Cu was 2000mg/kg adding calcareousness could effectively improve the growth of sisal.
