本文研究从分割后的污秽绝缘子盘面图像中提取了10维原始污秽特征，即：绝缘子红外热像背景的最高温度、最低温度、平均温度、背景温度分布的方差值、盘面图像的最高温度、最低温度、平均温度、盘面温度分布的方差值、盘面温度的最大温升、盘面温度的平均温升。

The feature of the shaft furnace-iron bath smelter charging carbon-bearing pellets is that partial off-gas of shaft furnace is mixed with gas from smelter and then put into shaft for preheating and pre-reduction. The optimum operational parameter is at the point of prereduction degree of 52% and post-combustion degree of 32% where the coal consumption is 750kg/tone-hot metal and oxygen consumption is 420Nm〓/tone-hot metal.(5) The systematic simulation of rotary hearth furnace-iron bath smeter is firstly formulated.

4本文建立的含碳球团竖炉—铁浴工艺流程模型的特点之一是竖炉炉顶出口煤气的一部分与铁浴煤气混合后，重新进入竖炉，本文报道的对系统部分出口物流返回反应器的非序贯式流程进行的系统模拟，为今后类似问题的模拟提供了参考，本工艺的最低消耗点的操作条件是：预还原度52％，二次燃烧率32％，这时的最低煤耗为750kg／tFe（中挥发份煤VM=19％），氧耗约420Nm〓／tFe，对应于预还原度30～70％的优化组合的二次燃烧率为32～13％。

The reseach on activity changes of SOD, POD and CAT during the somatic embryogenesis of Y35 showed:(1) The activty of SOD was from 52.98 to 133.20 U·g-1·h-1, and remained a rising trend after early single embryo forming, this revealed that SOD might be positively correlated to the differentiation of embryogenic cell and the development of somatic embryo.(2) The activty of POD was from 0.05 to 0.50 U·mg-1·min-1, ascended firstly and desceded later, and was highest in embryogenic callus and lowest in late single embryo , this revealed that POD might be positively correlated to the division and differentiation of proembryo mass, while negatively correlated to the development of PEMⅢto late single embryo.(3) The activty of CAT was from 0.86 to 2.81 U·mg-1·min-1, showed an up-down-up trend, reaching to the highest peak at the time of early embryo formating and decreasing to the lowest at the time of early cotyledonary embryo formating, this revealed that CAT might be positively correlated to the development of early single embryo, while negatively correlated to the formation of middle single embryo and early cotyledonary embryo.The changes in activty of SOD, POD and CAT indicated these three antioxidant enzymes coregulated the differentiation and development of embryogenic cells during Larix somatic embryogenesis.4. Differentially expressed cDNA libraries of the stages of proembryo mass and somatic embryo maturation were successfully constructed by suppression subtractive hybridization.

对Y35体细胞胚胎发生过程中抗氧化酶活性变化的研究显示：(1)SOD活性在52.98~133.20 U·g-1·h-1之间，并在早期单胚形成后一直保持上升的趋势，表明其与胚性细胞的分化及体细胞胚的发育均具呈正相关；(2)POD活性在0.05~0.50 U·mg-1·min-1之间，呈现出先下降后升高的趋势，在胚性愈伤组织中最高，而在后期单胚形成时降至最低，表明其与原胚团的分裂和分化呈正相关，但与PEMⅢ向后期单胚的发育呈负相关；(3)CAT活性在0.86~2.81 U·mg-1·min-1之间，表现出升-降-升的变化趋势，在早期单胚形成时升至最高，在早期子叶胚形成时降至最低，表明其与早期单胚的发育呈正相关，而与中期单胚和早期子叶胚的发育呈负相关。

The lowest surface tension of N_xB solution was better at 25℃, and lowest surface tension would down with carbon . cmc( critical micelle concentration) and γ_ in N_(12)B are 4.1 × 10~(-4)mol/L, 24.5 mN.m~(-1),what was smaller than LAS . The cmc of N_(12)B- NaCl are down with NaCl up.The surface tension and cmc of N_(12)B and N_(16)B are higher than that of N_(12)OB and N_(16)OB because of hydrophilic group ,but that of N_(12)B is lower than that of N_(16)B because of hydrophobic group .5. 4、25℃，N_xB系列都有较低的表面张力，并随碳原子数的增加而最低表面张力下降。N_(12)B比同碳原子数的十二烷基苯磺酸钠的最低表面张力34.5mN／m低，且临界胶束浓度为4.1×10~(-5)mol／L，也比LAS低，且随着NaCl浓度的增加而略有下降，比较N_(12)B和N_(16)B，由于C_(16)疏水基的异构体使N_(12)B的临界胶束浓度和临界胶束浓度时的表面张力γ_(cmc都低，由于增加了亲水基团使得N_(12)OB和N_(16)OB的表面张力和临界胶束浓度都要高于N_(12)B和N_(16)B。

Analysis of nutritional components in pear fruits of different varieties showed that fructose, glucose and sucrose were predominant sugar in pear fruits, the content of which ranged from 3.40% to 9.24%, 0.21% to 2.72%, 0.10% to 1.69%, respectively; Content of titrable acid was the highest in Bayuehong Pear(0.286%) and lowest in Atago(0.078%); Content of Vitamin C was the highest in Beurre Bosc (9.50 mg/100g) and lowest in Lubaoshi Pear(1.89mg/100g); Content of protein ranged from 127 to 428 mg/100g, content of free amino acid ranged from 24.8 to 77.4 mg/100g; Contents of the same mineral element of different pear varieties were different.

不同梨品种果实营养成分含量的分析结果表明：果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖是梨果实中的主要糖类，品种间三种糖的含量有较大差异，所测品种果实中三种糖的含量范围分别为：3.40%～9.24%、0.21%～2.72%、0.10%～1.69%；可滴定酸的含量以八月红最高(0.286%)，爱宕最低(0.078%)；维生素C的含量以博斯克最高(9.50 mg/100g)，绿宝石最低(1.89mg/100g)；不同品种间可溶性蛋白和氨基酸的含量差异较大，其含量范围分别为127～428mg/100g和77.4～24.8 mg/100g；不同品种间同一矿质元素的含量存在较大差异。

In regards to these problems, the author points out some advice in view of this situation. It emphasizes the relation between the standard and the number of the family members. It also raises the classification. It makes a suggestion that the rescue work be done more carefully and take measures to avoid the phenomenon " raising the sluggards". It points out the operating system "all the appliers should apply for the rescue and the money for rescue should be given out through one channel". Meanwhile, it is necessary to enhance the check of income, the management of these members who get the rescue and to fasten the course of the legislation about it. In a word, the art of work to implement the lowest social security system of city people should be improved on the whole.

针对上海城市居民最低生活保障制度的不足，本文提出了针对性的建议对策：在合理确定低保标准方面，强调要将低保标准与家庭人口规模挂钩，提出分类施保的思路；在完善低保与其他优惠政策之间的衔接方面，提出了改变原有的衔接关系、加大救助力度、采取措施避免&养懒汉&的出现；确保协保人员的保障水平；在管理体制方面，提出探索&一口上下&运作机制，用民办非企业形式增加人员配置，提高人员素质；在完善工作手段方面，提出了加强收入核查、加强对象管理，加强立法，从而促进上海城市居民最低生活保障水平进一步提高。

To validate the above conclusion, a series of mixture tests were performed and different samples were made by mixing each of three kinds of nature silt and the nature clay with different mixture ratio. The liquid-plastic limits of all the samples, in which the clay particles content were between the nature silt and the nature clay, were attained using the combined test method. The results showed that the lowest clay particles content of the silt, when it was suitable with the combined test method, is 12% to 15% with little differences. If the point of 3～4mm depth of penetration of fall cone exist, and the loglog relationship between the depth of penetration of fall cone and the water content of all the points were clearly linear, it could be concluded that the clay particles content of the sample is over the lowest value when the combined test was suitable.

3其后为了进一步验证所得结论，针对三种粉土，分别与一种黏粒含量较大的天然黏土进行多种组合的配比试验，配比后的土样其黏粒含量均介于原粉土与原黏土之间，并对各种配比后土样进行联合测定法确定液、塑限的试验研究，得出各种土对联合测定法适用的最低黏粒含量限值因粒径组成不同、矿物组成不同等因素，存在微小差异，在12%到15%之间；当圆锥下沉深度在3～4mm之间的试验点存在，且与其他试验点之间能形成良好的双对数直线关系，即认为土中黏粒含量超过该土对联合测定法适用的最低限值，联合测定法适用。

第一部分是检验RIEMS模式对东亚地区十年平均气候状况的模拟能力，结果表明，RIEMS模式能够较好地模拟出不同季节温度(包括平均温度、最高温度、最低温度)的空间分布和季节变化以及不同区域温度的年变化；无论是平均温度，还是最高温度、最低温度，模式模拟季平均和月平均温度与观测之间偏差大约一般在1-2℃，这与IPCC(2001)报告中报告的在区域尺度10〓-10〓KM，季平均温度偏差在1-2℃较为一致；模式能够较好地模拟降水的空间分布特征和季节变化以及不同区域平均降水的年变化，同时，也能够较好地模拟出雨带季节性的演变，但模拟的雨带位置较观测偏北，大约为2-3纬度；就季节而言，模式模拟最好的季节为冬季，较差的季节为夏季；模式基本上能够较好的模拟出不同季节平均海平面气压场的空间分布以及东亚地区的湿润和干旱分布规律的干旱指数的空间分布。
