Methods Sixty students(120 eyes)with myopia(within-2.50D)were selected.visival acuity,cycloplegic refraction,keratometer,ocular axis,stereoscopic vision,and phoria strabismus were observed before and after 1～1.5 years wearing Anti-myopia Glasses.

方法60例(120眼)近视度在-2.50D以内的中小学生，观察其戴镜1～1.5年后的裸眼远视力、屈光检查结果、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、立体视觉及隐斜度的变化。

Pachymetry. Corneal curvature was mea sured with keratometer.

结果：OHT患者CCT为594.8±17.5μm，明显高于正常对照（529.1±27.3μm），两组角膜曲率差异无显著性。

Objective To evaluate the agreement of measuring corneal power and astigmatism axis between automatic keratometry and corneal topography on ametropia' children.

目的 比较KR-8100自动角膜曲率计与TMS-4角膜地形图仪测量屈光不正儿童角膜屈光力及散光轴向的差异，并对两种测量方法进行一致性评价。

METHODS: From January 2001 to October 2002, 21 high myopia patients (39 eyes) with borderline corneal thickness were treated with LASIK. Visual acuity, keratometry readings and central corneal thickness were measured at 3 years after surgery. These data were compared with preoperative and early postoperative results.

选2001-01/2002-10在我院行LASIK手术的高度近视相对薄角膜患者21例39眼，查术后3a的视力、眼压、屈光状态、角膜曲率及中央角膜厚度，并与术前及术后早期数据进行统计学比较分析。

Keratometry measurements were obtained preoperatively, at postoperative 1 week, 1 month and 6 months respectively. SIAs were analyzed by "Cravy vector method". The mean SIA and uncorrected visual acuity were compared among the groups up to 6 months postoperatively.

测量术前、术后1周、1、3和6个月的角膜曲率，运用Cravy向量分析法计算SIA度数及方向，比较3组术后不同时间的平均SIA度数及裸眼视力。

The long-term outcomes of highly myopic patients with borderline corneal thickness after LASIK were less stable and predictable. The regression was probably related to the preoperative refraction, age, corneal thickness and keratometry readings.

高度近视薄角膜患者LASIK术后的远期稳定性较低，可预测性较差，术后屈光回退可能与术前屈光、年龄、角膜厚度和曲率的改变有关。

Methods Keratometric reading with Topcon KR-8100 automatic keratometry and comeal topography with the TMS-4 on 53 ametropia' children, 106 eyes were compared. Difference in measurements of steep meridian power magnitude Ks, flat meridian power magnitude Kf, astigmatism magnitude Ks-Kf and location as well between the two methods were assessed using paired t test.Bland-Altmann method was used to evaluate the agreement of the two methods.

采用KR-8100自动角膜曲率计及TMS-4角膜地形图仪对53例（106只眼）屈光不正儿童进行测量，应用配对t检验对两种方法测量的陡峭子午线角膜屈光力、平坦子午线角膜屈光力、角膜散光Ks-Kf大小及轴向进行比较，并应用Bland-Altmann分析对两种测量方法进行一致性评价。
