曲张静脉切除术

Veintype KTS which have normal or mild to moderate abnormal function in deep venous, and were via varicotomy and varicosity branches ligation, high level ligation of saphenous vein, partial superficial vein varicotomy and ligation of perforating veins , application of blood drive belt and tourniquet,can reduce symptoms and obtain relatively satisfactory results.

深静脉功能正常或轻中度异常的静脉型KTS行曲张静脉剥脱分支结扎术，大小隐静脉高位结扎、局部浅静脉切除及交通支结扎，并应用驱血带和止血带方法可减轻症状，取得比较满意效果。

Methods:Preoperative angiography in all 12 veintype KTS patients showed that deep vein patency, no absent ,no obstruction in both lower extremity. Four of these patients which were simply lower limb extralateral varices were operated by varicotomy and varicosity branches ligation. Eight patients which diffuseexpansion type were applicated blood drive belt and tourniquet method and via high level ligation of great and small saphenous vein with varicose vein removal and ligation of perforating veins.

12例静脉型KTS患者术前均行双下肢静脉造影显示深静脉通畅，无缺如或阻塞，其中4例下肢外侧单纯静脉曲张行曲张静脉剥脱术及分支结扎术，8例静脉弥漫扩张者应用驱血带和止血带的方法行大小隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉切除及交通支结扎术。

Methods: Totally 2200 patients with varicose vein received surgical treatment in our hospital from July, 2000 to January, 2006. 1802 cases were treated by endovenous laser therapy combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy.82 cases were treated with radiofrequency endoveous occlusion combined with TIPP,218 cases treated with limited invaginated vein stripping and foam sclerotherapy.

回顾性分析2200例下肢静脉曲张外科治疗的临床资料，其中1802例患者采用激光联合透光直视旋切术，82例患者采用射频联合透光直视旋切术，218例患者采用选择性内翻式大隐静脉剥脱联合硬化剂治疗或透光直视旋切术，其余98例患者分别采用激光、高位结扎、射频处理大隐静脉主干，辅以曲张静脉团的手术切除、激光、电凝、皮下连续缝扎或硬化剂注射方法治疗。
