Here, we report a case of 38-year-old woman with generalized argyria. Pathologically, there were numerous minute fine brownish-black pigments fairly uniform in size, which were observed in the dermal interstitium, around the hair follicles, sebaceous glands, eccrine glands and the walls of capillaries. Darkfield microscopy showed refractile white particles.

本文报告一例发生在38岁女性的全身性银质沈著症，病理可见在真皮间质、毛囊、皮脂腺、汗腺和微血管壁周围有许多细小的棕黑色色素，暗视野显微镜下见到白色小点。

Results showed that Golden chinese banyan, Osmanthus, Macaranga, Scandent schefflera, Lalang grass, Taiwan mulberry, Coral bean tree, Common camptotheca, Guava and Malabar chestnut have significantly higher deposition of dust storm particulate than normal time.

在2007年4月4日沙尘暴袭台后，於台北市台大校园及长兴街一带对26种受污染植物进行采样，并藉由上光源暗视野显微镜进行沙尘暴微粒之镜检鉴定，结果显示黄金榕、桂花、血桐、鹅掌藤、茅草、桑树、珊瑚刺桐、喜树、番石榴及马拉巴栗之叶表滞尘量显著高於平时对照组者，相反地梅花和春不老则於平时之滞尘量显著高於受沙尘暴污染者，显示采样时应考虑背景值高低之问题。
