Methods Thirty-five patients with refractory glaucoma were involved in this prospective and random trial at such high risks as neovascular, uveitis, aphakia, pseudophakic, and young ages. Complex trabeculectomy with single-layer AMT under the scleral flap was performed in 18 eyes and complex trabeculectomy without AMT in 17 eyes.

采用前瞻性随机对照临床试验研究，包括35例（35眼）具有高危因素如新生血管、葡萄膜炎、无晶状体、人工晶状体和发育性的难治性青光眼。18例行复合式小梁切除术联合巩膜瓣下单层AMT，17例行复合式小梁切除术。

Abstract］ Objective To explore the mechanism and the method of therapy of delayed uveitis after intraocular lens implantation.

目的 探讨人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病机制及治疗方法。

RESULTS: Rapidly progressive crystalline lens opacification occurred in 9 eyes within 4 to 15 weeks after diagnosis of Acanthamoeba keratitis. Three were associated with inflammatory complications, including anterior scleritis (2 eyes) and iridocyclitis (1 eye).

结果：在诊断为棘阿米巴角膜炎后，9只眼在4-15周内迅速发生了晶状体的混浊。3只眼与炎性并发症相关，包括前巩膜炎（2只眼）和虹膜睫状体炎（1只眼）。

METHODS: Twentythree cases(28 eyes) of cataract with small pupil and serious synechia(23 eyes with obsolete iridocyclitis;5 eyes with eye injury) were operated by cutting pupillary collar continuously, then were performed phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation.

23例28眼小瞳孔白内障，其中23眼为陈旧性虹膜睫状体炎，5眼为眼外伤术后，术中用维纳斯剪沿瞳孔缘连续环形剪除部分瞳孔区虹膜，后常规进行白内障超声乳化及折叠人工晶状体手术。

METHODS: For 35 eyes of 31 cases of complicated cataract in uveitis with small pupil, the posterior synechia was separated with the help of viscoelastics or papillary collar resection of iris.

对葡萄膜炎并发性白内障小瞳孔患者31例35眼，在葡萄膜炎控制稳定，炎症消退3mo后，借助粘弹剂分离虹膜后粘连或施行虹膜环形切除，再行白内障超声乳化或囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入。

Methods Separating the posterior synechia with the help of viscoelastics.36 eyes of 32 patients were extract by means of non cuting pupil dilation,excision of the organized membranes of pupilary occlusion and seclusion.

借助粘弹剂分离虹膜后粘连，并采用非切开的瞳孔扩张成型术及膜闭切除术，对32例( 36眼)伴有虹膜后粘连且瞳孔不能放大的葡萄膜炎并发性白内障，行囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入手术。
