目的 探讨继续教育对在职护理人员的影响。方法轮回进修icu 3～6个月。结果提高了理论知识、专科技术水平及综合素质。结论对普通病房护理人员进行监护病房工作培训是提高护理队伍素质及护理工作质量的重要措施，是使医院在医疗市场竞争中处于不败之地，也是当前形势的迫切要求。
