Results: All cases were divided into four groups according to the thoracic CT findings and pathologic results as follows:① spheral caseous pneumonia;② tuberculous granuloma;③ fibrous caseous nodule;④ Focal pulmonary consolidation with cavitation. The spheral lesion appeared inhomogeneous density (44/58). cavitation (14/58) or satellite foci (21/58). Contrast scanning was carried out in 31 cases, of which peripheral or ringshaped enhancement was seen in 15 cases, no enhancement in 9 cases and extensive enhancement was seen in 7 cases.

结果：依据影像学表现、随访结果和病灶的病理改变，将58例球形肺结核分为四种类型：①球形干酪肺炎11例，体积较大（最大直径3~5cm），边缘模糊或毛糙，可见晕征，无强化或环行强化；②结核性肉芽肿19例，软组织密度，形态规则或不规则，边缘清楚或光整，强化模式为均匀强化或厚壁强化；③纤维干酪结节14例，规则球形，边缘光滑锐利，内部密度不均匀，可见钙化，多无强化或薄壁环行强化；④结核空洞14例，干酪空洞或纤维空洞，内壁不光整，可见到引流支气管（2例）。

Results The main CT finds were as follow:①Bilaterial margins of the lesion were perpendicular to pleura with a straight cut edge presenting a square sign;②The density at the central area,some-times presenting a halo-like apperance;③Irre-gular or spiculate margins with illdefined outline could be seen;④There was extensive pleural thickening involving interlobar fissure as a response to inflamation;⑤There were small patches of slightly high density and intensified vascular markings surrounding the lesions;⑥After short-term anti-inflam-matory therrapy,most lesions were obviously reduced in size.

结果 26例球形肺炎的主要CT表现为：①邻近胸膜病变两侧缘垂直于胸膜呈刀切样平直边缘，病变呈方形；②病变中央密度高，边缘密度低，显示晕圈状改变；③病变边缘可不规则，有锯齿状改变且较模糊；④周围胸膜反应显著，有较广泛增厚；⑤病变周围血管纹理增多、增粗、扭曲，但无僵直和受牵拉；⑥抗炎治疗后病变明显吸收缩小。

OBJECTIVE, To study the direction, route and num- ber of SLCs and their relationship with SLN after subareolar injection of methylene blue and technetium 99m sulfur colloid （^99m Tc-SC）, and to explore the mechanism of sentinel lymph node biopsies produce false negative results in breast cancer patients and the method to improve the detectable rate, METHODS: ^99m Tc-SC was injected preoperatively, and methylene blue was injected by the same subareo-lar route just after anesthetic induction, and then SLNB was carried out according to SLCs in 93 breast cancer patients.
