调查结果表明：1、大部分幼儿教师已出现明显的职业倦怠症状，但程度并不十分严重；2、在倦怠的三个维度上，情绪枯竭维度的得分最高，出现明显症状的人数也最多，其次是低成就感，去个性化的人数和分数都最低；3、不同级别、不同年龄、不同教龄、不同婚姻状况幼儿教师在情感枯竭维度上存在着显著差异；4、卡特尔16种人格因素中的E、F、L、O四个因素对幼儿教师的职业倦怠有着显著的影响；5、四个次级人格因素对幼儿教师的职业倦怠都有着显著的影响；6、幼儿教师的情感枯竭因情绪智力的总分不同而表现出显著差异，情感枯竭程度随情绪智力分数增加而下降。

Through assessment, it can be concluded that the water quality in Shuimo river valley of Urumqi was worse; the water quality did not improve in last three years, and this trend was not stable either in space or in time; the water quality was best in low water period but it's worse in flush water period and slack water period; in space the water quality in Tangcichangquan section was best , it's the second place in Qifangqiao section and Lianfengqiao section while it's worst in Miquanqiao section. According to the analysis, the trend of the water quality change of Shuimo river valley of the major pollutants, the method of Spearman was used in 1996 to 2002. It concluded, the pollutants did not have the remarkable trend of change in Tangcichangquan section,but BOD5 had very prominent raising trend in Qifangqiao section, so did BOD5, petroleum, and ammoniac nitrogen in Lianfengqiao, DO in Miquanqiao section in seven years.

根据秩相关系数法对水磨河流域1996 -2002 年主要污染物变化趋势分析，搪瓷厂泉断面作为流域的源头，各污染物七年里没有显著的上升或下降趋势；七纺桥断面的五日生化需氧量在七年中有很显著的升高趋势；联丰桥断面的五日生化需氧量、氨氮、石油类在七年里都有非常显著的升高趋势； DO 在米泉桥断面七年里也有非常显著的升高趋势，后三个断面接受了沿岸工矿企业的生产废水和周边居民的生活污水，水质明显变差，每个断面污染源不同，占主导地位的污染物也有差异。

The first stage is screen experiment. A 24-1 Fractional Factorial Design and resolution IV experiment is used to find out which main effect and interaction effect have obvious influence on the precision positioning of feeding table by these four factors. The Minitab program including Half Normal Plot, Pareto Chart, and ANOVA is applied to diagnose obvious effects. The second stage is optimization experiment. The fitness of regression model is obtained by using CCD of RSM with statistical hypothesis testing, regression analysis, lack-of-fit testing, and residual analysis. The optimum values can be found out by using response surface plot and contour plot.

在第一阶段为筛选实验采用24-1部分因子实验，解析度为IV，求出这4个因子主效应及交互作用哪些会对进给平台定位精度有显著的影响，在分析方面使用统计软体Minitab做初步分析，应用了半常态机率图、柏拉图与变异数分析来判断出显著因子与交互效应显著，第二阶段优化实验采用反应曲面法的中央合成设计，搭配统计检定、回归分析、缺适性检定(Lack-of-Fit)、残差分析来取决回归模式之合适性，最后根据反应曲面图及等高线图求出最佳值做验证实验。

The Seven Star Garden and The Elephant Hill of four star tourist areas in Guilin were chosen to conduct a questionnaire survey. What we want to explore and validate through this study is as follows:⑴How many individual and tourist area factors will influence tourists perception of crowding in tourist areas ?⑵Whether and how perception of crowding will influence the tourist emotions ?⑶Whether perception of crowding has influence on tourist area experience factors ?⑷Whether perception of crowding has influence on evaluations of tourist satisfaction, revisit desire and recommendation desire ? It is found with questionnaire-settled and data statistic analysis that:①"relaxing spirit"and"enjoying beauty"of tourist motivation factors, crowding tolerance and crowding anticipation have remarkable effect on perception of crowding;②"Tourists on the tour road","tourist behavior"and"tourist area space"have remarkable effect on perception of crowding;③The pleasure emotion and arousal emotion of tourists have remarkable effect on perception of crowding;④The perception of crowding has remarkable effect on the sight, entironment, service and establishment of the tourist area in tourist area experience.

本论文通过在桂林市的国家4A级旅游景区七星公园和象山公园的问卷调查和数据收集，主要研究以下内容：⑴影响拥挤感知度的个人因素和景区因素⑵拥挤感知度对旅游情绪的影响⑶拥挤感知度对景区体验因素的影响⑷拥挤感知度对游客满意度、重游意愿和推荐意愿的影响通过问卷整理、数据统计分析发现：①游客的个人因素中的旅游动机因子"放松精神"和"欣赏美景"、拥挤容忍度、拥挤预期对拥挤感知度有着显著影响；②景区因素中的"游道人"、"游客行为"和"景区空间"对拥挤感知度有显著的影响；③游客的愉悦情绪和激励情绪对拥挤感知度有显著影响；④景区体验中，拥挤感知度对景区景观、景区环境、景区服务和景区设施有显著影响。

Feeding test lasted for 35 days.The results showed that①SP has a significant effect on the production performance of hen,whenas Se level has not.Se source and level both have a significant effect on liver IDⅠactivity and serum T_3 and T_4 of hen.

结果表明：①富硒益生菌对蛋鸡生产性能有显著影响，而硒水平对蛋鸡生产性能没有显著影响；硒源和硒水平对蛋鸡肝脏IDⅠ酶的活性和蛋鸡血清T_3、T_4水平均有极显著的影响。

And there was alsono significant correlation between the strategies and family factors;(2)Boys hadhigher scores on aggression behaviors than girls,and girld had higher scores onon-task behavior than boys;there were no significant gender differences onsociability and social withdrawal;(3)Child social functioning correlated withparenting behaviours when child was 4 years old,correlated with chidrearing,marital quality when child was 2 years old,but unsignificantly correlated withparents'educaional level;(4)Emotional regulation strategies at 2 yearssignificantly predicted observed children's social functionings at 4 years of age;(5)Emotional regulation strategies at 2 years moderated the relation between familyfactors at 2 years and child's social functionings two years later.

The major findings are:⑴During the intelligence test for the three groups of students, for half of the students or most of the students their scores on the all-including scale, the language scale and the performance scale all increased to various degrees;⑵From the analysis of the relationship between intelligence and reaction time, it is found that the result of this study confirms the existing views that there is a negative correlation between intelligence and reaction time, and the negative correlation is more evident when it is choice reaction time;⑶Different motor skills have different influences upon children with lower intelligence. Though the difference is not large, the average increasing percentages in the sample T tests for the three groups before and after the experiment show that the effect of open motor skill is the best, that of the synthetic motor skill or the open-closed is the better, and that there isn't a marked change in the closed motor skill trainees;⑷While analyzing the result of the experiment, it is found that the scores on the performance scale are higher than the scores on the language scale, especially in the open motor skill group, which tells us that the intelligence improving effect of physical training is realized to a greater extent through increasing their performance abililty.

研究结果显示：⑴相对于实验前测试结果，三个实验组学生的智力水平在实验后测试中不论是在全量表得分还是在语言量表、操作量表得分方面均得到了不同程度的提高；⑵从智力与反应时的相关分析可看出，本研究结果进一步验证了前人观点，即智力与反应时有显著的负相关，特别是与选择反应时有很强的负相关性；⑶不同运动技能对智力落后学生智力影响不同，虽然实验后各组间没有显著性差异，但经各组实验前后配对样本T检验及实验前后各项分数均值提高百分率可看出，开放式运动技能组实验效果最好，综合运动技能组次之，闭锁式运动技能组实验前后在智力测验量表得分上无显著性变化；⑷各组实验前后的操作量表分比言语量表分提高幅度更大，开放式运动技能组表现得尤其显著，这表明了体育活动对改善智力落后学生的智力水平，很大程度上是通过提高他们的操作能力来实现的。

The research finally demonstrates that providing children with music subject significantly impacts their flexibility and adaptability of creative performance: the examples provided also not belly influences children's rhythm and time, but the subject, the example as well as their interaction have no remarkable influence on the other constituent of children's eurhythmics ability.
