In this dissertation, the research and design of outdoor full-color LED display system have been discussed in detail from the human vision characteristics and chromatics, the anti-gamma correction the adjustments of luminance, contrast and color based on the relation between the characteristics of LED luminescence and the feature of human vision have been analyzed in detail.

论文从人的颜色视觉特性以及色度学等方面研究了LED屏的全彩色的实现，详细分析了适于调节LED发光特性和人眼视觉特性关系的γ反校正，亮度、对比度和颜色调整，研究提出了适合LED视频显示的数据分配机制、数据格式转换和适合LED大屏静态锁存显示的位平面分离驱动技术。

Objective To explore the effects on images from the space location of spectrum and scanning parameters,and summarize the technological essential and application hints.Methods 65 patients were scanned in brain with magnetic resonance spectroscopy,the location and the size of region of interesting and other scanning parameters values （FOV,frequency matrix,phase matrix,saturate cingulum,etc.） were changed intentionally,the values of full width at half maxium and water suppression lever were recorded.A preliminary evaluation of the resulted waves and the relationship between the parameters data and the quality of the MRS waves were probed.

Results The concordance between the location of MEG spike foci and the location identified by the ictal and interictal EEGs was 76.6% and 80.9% respectively, and the concordance with ECoG was 80.0%. In 39 operated patients, Engel Ⅰ was achieved in 21,Ⅱ in 10, and Ⅲ in 8. In the operated patients, intraoperative proper management was performed according to MEG-showed eloquent foci in 29 whose area to be excised involved the eloquent cortex, without postoperative exacerbation of neurosurgical dysfunction.

结果 MEG显示痫灶位置与发作间期和发作期V-EEG结果吻合率分别达76.6%和80.9%，与发作间期和发作期ECoG的吻合率均为80.0%。39例手术病人中，术后Engel Ⅰ级21例，Ⅱ级10例，Ⅲ级8例；其中29例拟切除的区域涉及到解剖学意义上的功能区，术中根据MEG显示的功能区位置进行了适当的处理，术后神经系统功能障碍未加重。
