Abstract］ Objective To investigated the cellular distribution and quantitatively of CEA in cerebrospinal fluid meningeal carcinomatosis cells by immunofluorescence staining and laser scanning confocal microscopy, explore the diagnostic value of the examination in the patients with meningeal carcinomatosis.

目的 联合应用免疫荧光细胞化学技术和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术检测脑脊液中脑膜癌细胞CEA的表达部位并定量测定其荧光含量，探讨该技术在脑膜癌病诊断中的价值。
