Objective Sensory recordings were made in sciatic nerve of rabbits with self-made intrafascicular electrodes to discover more methods on harvesting information of peripheral nerve. Methods Recording electrode fabricated from external insulated wire 60μmin diameter（95%Pt-5%Ir alloy）,was implanted directly by microsurgery technique into the fascicle of the sciatic nerve of rabbit.

目的 应用自制神经束内电极采集家兔坐骨神经感觉信号以探索获取周围神经信息的方法方法用显微外科操作技术将直径60μm的95%铂、5%铱合金表面绝缘的金属丝直接插入家兔坐骨神经神经束中作记录电极。

Methods: Data of 63 patients (63 eyes) with traumatic iridodialysis caused by ocular trauma who underwent microsurgery were reviewed, the changes of pupil shape and vision after operation were evaluated.
