The effects of FPL andits three ingredients on growth of ovary,on micro-and ultra-structure andAlkaline phosphatase activity of endometrium,on structure andkeratinization rate of exfoliated cells in vaginal epithelium in mice,onmicrocirculation in rat and on uterine kinesis in rabbit were respectivelyobserved by the techniques of light and electron microscopes,histochemistry,microcirculation and organ cinetography.The results have confirmed themechanism of FPL for the sterility caused by ovary standstill and persistentcorpus luteum to be as follows:(1) a weak estrogen-like role which canprompt development of ovary,proliferation and secretion of endometrium andvaginal epithelium and cornification of exfoliated cells in vaginal epithelium;(2)enhancing AKP's activity of endometrium;(3)improving microcirculation;(4) exciting uterus.
分别采用光学显微镜和电子显微镜技术、组织化学技术、微循环技术和器官运动描记等现代医学实验技术,观察了促孕液对小白鼠的卵巢发育、子宫内膜的显微和超微结构和碱性磷酸酶活性、阴道上皮结构和脱落细胞的角化率、对大白鼠的微循环和对家兔的子宫运动的影响,结果证实了促孕液治疗卵巢静止、持久黄体的机理:(1)微弱的雌激素样作用,能刺激卵泡发育,促进子宫内膜和阴道上皮增生、分泌和阴道上皮脱落细胞角化;(2)提高子宫内膜碱性磷酸酶的活性;(3)改善微循环;(4)促进子宫运动。

Conclution On the basis of combination of closed and open techniques, the IBM technique with improvement strategies including the facial recess approach, the staging surgery, obliterating residual space, canal and mastoid plasty was adopted in mastoitympanoplasty. The IBM surgery is a reasionable choice for the otitis media and mastotoiditis with cholesteatoma or osteitis.

Computer micro-vision, Mirau microscopic interferometry, stroboscopic photography and laser Doppler vibrator are integrated into this platform. In-plane and out-of-plane periodic motion characteristics of micro-resonator are measured, and out-of-plane transient motion of micro-mirror is analyzed. In-plane displacement, motion phase and resonance frequency can be measured by integrating computer micro-vision with stroboscopic photography, and the repeatable accuracy of in-plane displacement is 30 nm.
实验结果表明,利用计算机微视觉和频闪成像技术能够实现微结构的平面位移、运动相位及谐振频率等周期运动参量的测试,位移的重复精度为30 nm;利用显微干涉和频闪成像技术可实现微结构的离面位移及表面扭曲等周期运动参量的测试,位移的重复精度为3 nm;激光多普勒测振技术具有在频域上对微结构瞬态运动进行分析的优点,是时域上周期运动测试的重要补充。

Electrochemical methods and holographic microphotography were used to investigate the anodic dissolution and potentiostatic current oscillations of iron, and reactivation of passivated iron in 0.5 mol·dm-3H2SO4 solution in a weak magnetic field (B≤200mT). The results showed that magnetic field affected the electrochemical process chiefly by accelerating the mass transport.

Structure characteristics of the different macerals of 5 low-to-medium rank coals were studied by means of 13C-NMR. The molecular structure characteristics and parameters of the macerals were discussed. The result indicates that the aromaticity of inertinite is higher than that of vitrinite.
