Objective To study the significance of IL-6 mRNA expression in astrocytomas and its relation with pathological grade in astrocytoma.

The mean tumor volume at the time of GKS was 2.5 cm3. In 10 cases a tumor specimen was obtained either by open surgery or stereotactic biopsy, securing the diagnosis of pilocytic astrocytoma in five patients and nonpilocytic astrocytoma in five others.

Results Ependymoma and astrocytoma are the most common spinal cord gliomas.The rate of radical resection was higher in ependymoma than in astrocytoma cases.

结果脊髓胶质瘤以室管膜瘤和星形细胞瘤为主，其中以室管膜瘤居多而且手术全切率较高，星形细胞瘤手术全切率较低。

Results 1. The expression of P53, KI-67, hTERT and ToPo II a protein was higher in astrocytoma than that in nomal brain tissue, the expression of these markers was obversely correlated to the grade of astrocytoma (P.05). The expression of Fas was higher in astrocytoma than that in nomal brain tissue, on the contrary, expression of P16 was lower in astrocytoma than that in nomal brain tissue.

结果 1、星形细胞瘤中P53、KI-67、hTERT与ToPoⅡα蛋白表达阳性率高于正常脑组织，P53、KI-67、hTERT与ToPoⅡα蛋白表达与星形细胞瘤的病理组织学分级呈显著正相关(P.05)；Fas蛋白在星形细胞瘤中的表达高于正常脑组织，而P16蛋白表达低于正常脑组织，Fas、P16蛋白表达与组织学分级无显著相关性。

Results: the findings on ct and mri were as follows: 57 cases of oligodendroglioma, 15 cases of ganglioglioma , 5 cases of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor , 3 cases of pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma .conclusion:the images on ct and mri of cerebra peripheral tumor occur some characters , so ct and mri were certain worth on the diagnose and differentiate diagnose of cerebra peripheral tumor.

结果：少枝胶质瘤47例，间变性少枝胶质瘤10例，节细胞胶质瘤15例，胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤5例，多形黄色细胞瘤3例。结论：脑浅表肿瘤存在影像特征，ct及mri对其诊断有一定的价值。少枝胶质细胞瘤；节细胞肿瘤；胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤；多形性黄色星形细胞瘤；ct；mri

The distribution of PA I-1 protein was mainly in tumor cells of high-grade astrocytomas, particularly abundant in areas of vascular proliferation and in tumor cells surrounding necr otic foci, whereas it was only weekly expressed in low-grade astrocytomas.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。
