Summary Background : We tested the hypothesis that pediatric gastroscopy is more successful using the ProSeal laryngeal mask airway with the drain tube as a conduit to the stomach than using nasal cannulae with conentional oral access to the stomach.

Then we completed the first total synthesis of-Plakoridine A using Eschenmoser couping reaction as akey step. During the synthesis we found the choice of protecting groups and the configuration of the chiralcenter of the substrate play an important role to the key Eschenmoser reaction,so we think our successwould be of guide for synthesizing other polysubstituted pyrrolidines or piperidines.

Through the research on the ANSYS optimization design, the design quality of the drilling machine is improved greatly. It is proved that the capability of water well rig is advanced and operation is reliable by field tests in red beds region. The drilling machine is adaptive to the red beds region , expectably has a wide application foreground .

The results show that:(1) Light-calcined MgO powders prepared with nature magnesite or Mg2 both are of face-centered cubic structure.

结果发现：水化前后得到的都是面心立方晶体结构的MgO，但水化前得到的轻烧MgO中仍存在官能团CO32-的残留物，而水化后得到的轻烧MgO中不存在CO32-，而且颗粒变得较易破碎，大大减少了细磨时间；再者，水化后的轻烧MgO活性较高，加上Mg2在分解过程中残留的水分对MgO 的烧结起催化作用，因此，使其经高温锻烧制得的烧结镁砂的开口气孔率由水化前的2.0%下降到0.6%，闭口气孔率由水化前的6.1%下降到2.8%，体积密度由水化前的3.29g/cm3提高到3.46g/cm3。

They do not directly supply oxygen for tissues, but they suspend in the hemolymph and attach to the muscle of the heart, so that they can move in constant with the contraction of the heart muscle.②The 8th segment tracheal tufts have thinner cuticle and basal lamina than that of the other trachea, and have much pad cuticle, which is appropriate for them to move, and their basal lamina have small pores, which are favour of the permeation of gas.③Injecting the methylene blue into the larvae to label hemolymph, we observed that the hemolymph flow into the heart through the 8th segment tracheal tufts.④Normally these tracheal tufts have all kinds of hemocytes, which are abundant in the tufts. A large number of hemocytes released from tissues attach to the tufts by changing their structure when anoxic stress happen.
