There may be changes in the cerebral blood flow associated with aging, predisposing different brain areas to stroke. The second is possible that changes in cognition, deterioration of memroy and comprehension disturbance may predispose the perception dysfunction of language or advanced language dysfunction like global aphasia in aging group.

在各类失语症中，Broca矢语症的平均年龄为54岁，明显的比全失性失语症的平均年龄64.6岁和经皮质层感觉性失语症的平均年龄61岁都小，显示Broca失语症较易发生於年龄较轻者，而年龄较大者发生全失性失语症和经皮层感觉性失语症的机会较多，至於男女两组失语症病人在平均年龄上并无明显差异，但失语症的发生率男性比女性多，且性别上的差异也与失语症的型式有明显相关。

Objective:Postmenopausal Osteoporosis is syndrome shown on women caused by the functional descent on both ovaries and the level of estrogen. During the metabolism of their bones, the bone absorptive rate is higher than formative rate. As the result, the progression of calcium deficiency and the degeneration of bone tissue are the characters in this period. Clinical manifestations appear on these elder women, which are osteosclerosis and increasing the possibility of fracture.

目的： 绝经后骨质疏松症(Postmenopausal Osteoporosis，PMO)是指绝经后妇女由于卵巢功能衰退，雌激素水平下降，从而在骨代谢过程中，骨吸收大于骨形成，出现以低骨量和骨组织的显微结构的退行性变为其特征，临床表现为骨脆性和骨折易感性增加的一种代谢性疾病。

The wave-front detection technique can amplify the variations of the wave-front of the debris flow. The debris flow becomes easy to discriminate. Based on the clean images processing, the detection ratio of the multiple filtering technique can increases from 56.36% to 95.27%. The noise removal technique can effective remove the pepper-and-salt noise and Gaussian noise. The clean images will reduce the false alarm rate for detection of remaining ratio technique.

For supracondylar fracture of humerus with obvious displacement,it is easy to make reduction,but the fixation and the maintenance of reduction is not easy; manual reduction with plaster or splint immobilization,though as the first-chosen method,has such shortcomings as infirm or loosening fixation of plaster or splint which may cause injury to blood vessels or nerves; open reduction may lead to further trauma to soft tissues and tissue adhesion,and to joint stiffness; the closed reduction with cross Kirschners wires under C-arm X-ray can avoid the above mentioned shortcomings and it is easy in operation.

移位明显的肱骨髁上骨折，复位容易，但固定及维持复位困难，手法复位石膏或夹板外固定虽是首选治疗方法，但石膏或夹板固定不牢固，易出现松动甚至可造成血管及神经损伤，而切开复位更易进一步造成软组织创伤，组织粘连，最终导致关节僵直功能障碍。本组C臂下闭合复位交叉克氏针治疗移位明显的肱骨髁上骨折避免了上述缺点，而且方法简单。肱骨髁上骨折；经皮克氏针固定；儿童；闭合复位
