探讨肿瘤坏死因子α及其Ⅱ型受体基因多态性在石棉肺发病遗传易感性中的作用及其与石棉肺纤维化程度的联系。

Objective To study the genetic association of CC16 gene polymorphism with atopy.

目的 研究CC16基因多态性与特应症遗传易感性之间的关系。

The affected chicks acquired the morphine conditioned place preference more quickly, and maintained it much longer. Experiment 3 showed that during E5-8, injecting delta receptor antagonist naltrindole reversed the learning and memory impairment caused by morphine while delta receptor agonist DPDPE impaired learning and partial memory function. On the other hand, mu opioid receptors had little effect. As for E17-20, given naloxonazine can reverse the increases of susceptibility to morphine, and the mu receptor agonist DAGO cause the increases of susceptibility to morphine. Delta receptors have no effect.

研究结果发现：经过对鸡胚发育不同时间段的吗啡给药，胚胎期发育E5-8阶段给予吗啡的小鸡学习记忆受损最为严重，表现为学习和记忆功能的严重下降；而E17-20时段吗啡给药的小鸡更容易获得吗啡CPP且保持时间更长。E5-8阶段给予delta受体拮抗剂natrindole能够翻转吗啡对学习和记忆的损害作用，并且给予delta受体激动剂DPDPE也损害学习和部分记忆功能，mu受体作用不大。E17-20阶段拮抗mu受体能够抑制成瘾易感性的增加，激动mu受体可以增加小鸡的成瘾易感性，delta受体没有明显作用。

(1) Exon 6,7,8 have no relation with the susceptibility of HCV infection. The genetic basis of the four amino acids is highly conserved in Chinese population. Objective The incidence rate of esophageal carcinoma in ChangZhi area located in the TaiHang Mountain, is very higher. The character of general demology and environmental factors were observed and analyzed to explore the susceptibility to esophageal carcinoma in cases and controls with different cytochromeP4501AlExon7 MSP1 genotypes. This could contribute to finding the cause of disease and suggesting the level of predicting the esophageal carcinoma susceptibility.

目的 长治地处太行山区，食管癌死亡率高达80～/10万，调查该地区一般人口学特征及环境因素，探讨细胞色素P4501A1Exon7、MSP1A、B、C三种基因型与食管癌遗传易感性的关系，结合遗传因素与环境因素进行分析，将有利于揭示食管癌发生的病因，提示对肿瘤易感者预测的水平。
