Abstract:Seven species of Amanita, collected in Lishui of Zhejiang Province, China, were identified primarily based on morphological characteristics. The rDNA ITS regions of these species were cloned and sequenced, and the characteristics of ITS sequences were compared and analysed.

常规对像鹅膏菌属大型真菌的分类鉴定主要是依据子实体的形态，颜色，气味，以及孢子特征等，这些形态特征经常是易变的，模糊的，易混淆的，因而依据传统的形态特征进行分类鉴定总是带有一定的局限性和主观性，要准确鉴定鹅膏属真菌到某一个种实属困难。
