Both kinds of rats were inbred to construct the new inbred strains from Sprague-Dawley outbred strain background. In the first section, conventional visual electrophysiology was observed in CSNB and RCD rat.

METHODS: The latencies and amplitudes of wave a and b of F-ERG were recorded and analyzed in 20 cats for photopic adaptation duration of 5, 15, 30, 60 seconds; 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes under standard stimulating condition.

成年家猫37只，全麻状态下暗适应20min后开启背景光计时，在明适应5， 15， 30， 60s；3， 5， 10， 20， 30min用相同强度的光刺激、采集并记录分析不同明适应时间点F-ERG的a， b波的峰潜时及振幅并描出a， b波的振幅变化曲线图。

METHODS: The latencies and amplitudes of wave a and b of F-ERG were recorded and analyzed in 20 cats for photopic adaptation duration of 5, 15, 30, 60 seconds; 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes under standard stimulating condition. RESULTS: The classical and repeatable waveforms of F-ERG were successfully recorded for different photopic adaptation duration.

METHODS: By using Vision Monitor visual evoked response imaging system, the standards for five obtained Flash Electroretinogram were recorded on 53 normal subjects (73 eyes), including F-ERG to a weak flash in the dark-adapted eye,F-ERG to a strong flash in the dark-adapted eye, oscillatory potentials, F-ERG to a strong flash in the light-adapted eye, and F-ERGs to a rapidly repeated stimulus.

After feeding a nother 3 days in different environments with normal diet, all animals were killed and cGMP level and NOS expression were analysed in retina and retinogenicualte.Results:The NOS expression and cGMP contents of photoreceptor cells, vi sual cortex and retinogeniculate were increased in dark adaptation group compar ed with light group.

结果：在暗适应条件下，视网膜光感受体细胞NOS表达，视皮层、外侧膝状体、顶盖前区或海马cGMP含量增加，而在明适应状态下，NDP组化染色浅淡，牛磺酸及微量营养素的干预则能明显增强暗适应条件下NOS的着色反应，增加光照及暗适应条件下上述脑功能区cGMP含量。
