Through the study of cost-contrasting analysis, it indicates that the cost of web-based education has obvious advantage comparing with traditional education of TsinghuaUniversity and internal traditional education. In contrast with the cost construction and economic features of the first and second generation distance education, the web-based education of Tsinghua University shows the economic features of capital/technology intensiveness ,not the feature of labour intensiveness which traditional face-to-face education has demonstrated.

In fact, combined classification is not only a trend in pattern recognition field, but an effective method for sure that has been proved. Based on these problems, multiple features of the nephogram data have been extracted in this paper, and according to the theory of information fusion, a classification method of multiple features of nephogram has been constructed. Recurring to the idea of information fusion, the performance of classification has been remarkably enhanced.

The south and north of the windward side of the Annam Cordillera show great difference in the diurnal variation of rainfall, which is related to migration of rainfall. Rainfall over coastal areas of the Thailand Gulf in 01-04LST migrates to inland northeastwards and then heavy rainfall occurs over areas southwest of the Annam Cordillera in 16-19LST, after that heavy rainfall migrates northwestward along the Annam Cordillera to areas northwest of the Annam Cordillera in 01-04LST in the next day. The migration of rainfall results in different characteristics of diurnal variation on the windward side of Annam Cordillera.
