Besides, FeSi nanoparticles preserved the optical properties from Si atoms, but the PL intensity was much lower. The maxima PL peak appeared at 388 nm with the excitation at 300 nm. Their saturation magnetization, remanent magnetization and coercivity were measured by the SQUID, exhibiting their nearly superparamagnetic behavior.
