RESULTS: Compared with NS control group, the ratio of HW/BW, LVW/BW and the content of hydroxyproline, AngⅡ, MDA and iNOS activity in the left ventricle were significantly increased. The cNOS, SOD, GSH-Px activities and NO content were obriously decreased in the ISO model group. After treatment with PNS, the left ventricular NO content, cNOS, SOD and GSH-Px activities were markedly higher than those in ISO model group. The content of MDA, AngⅡ and iNOS activities and the ratio of HW/BW, LVI were significantly lower than those in ISO model group.

结果：ISO模型组大鼠的HW/BW、LVI、左心室HyP、AngⅡ、MDA含量和诱生型NOS活性显著高于生理盐水对照组，SOD、GSH-Px及结构型NOS活性和NO含量明显比生理盐水对照组低；PNS治疗组左心室心肌组织中NO含量、cNOS、SOD和GSH-Px活性明显高于ISO模型组；MDA和AngⅡ含量及iNOS活性和心脏重量指数比ISO模型组低。

Using ST1KO mice, we have demonstrated that early B lymphopoiesis is impaired in the absence of STAT1, including reduced numbers of pro-B, pre-B, immature-B, and mature-B cells in BM. Interestingly, B220+CD138+ cells of ST1KO mice are also significantly decreased in BM as apposed to WT mice.

Results In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that the atrophy and incrassation of seminiferous tubule, decrease of spermatogenesis, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue, especially in high dose groups spermatozoon abnormality and nucleolus concentration in the rats testis after DU ingestion for 14 months. The changes became more severe with the prolongation of DU ingestion. Such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months. In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that a little atrophy of kidney glomerulus, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue after DC ingestion for 14 months, and kidney glomerulus fibrosis happened after DC ingestion for 20 months, such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months In the medium and high dose F0 groups, splenic germinal center and periarterial lymphatic sheaths were hyperplasia , companies with lymphopoiesis after DC ingestion for 7 months, splenic white pulp became more small and sparse after DC ingestion for 20 months.

结果 F0代的中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后可见雄性的精曲小管萎缩，管壁增厚呈空虚网状，生精细胞层次减少，间质细胞增生，但仍见有精子生成；高剂量组可见到精子呈异型性改变，细胞核浓缩深染，且随着摄入时间延长改变愈趋明显；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变且更为严重。F0代中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后肾小球轻度萎缩，间质增生明显，20个月时肾小球萎缩纤维化；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变。F0代中、高剂量组摄入贫铀7个月时脾脏生发中心和淋巴鞘增生，淋巴母细胞增生活跃，20个月时脾小体减少，生发中心稀疏；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀早期和晚期有类似改变。F0和F1代高剂量组摄入贫铀早期肝脏有炎症细胞浸润，晚期骨髓有核细胞减少，脂肪细胞增加。

Where the irrigating frequency was 1 or more than 1 every four days, it did not remarkably affect the ET of potato; but where the irrigating frequency was 1 every six days or 1 every eight days, the ET of potato measured by a lysimeter was obviously higher than what it was in the treatment with a higher irrigating frequency.

Result: RKX could decrease the increased breast diameter, mammilla height, reduce the numbers of mammary gland lobules and relieve the pathologic changes of mammary gland. It could also decrease estradiol, prolactin levels and MDA content in serum, increase the serum progesterone level and inhibit the decrease of the coefficient of thymus.

结果：乳块消方能明显减小大鼠乳房直径、乳头高度和乳腺小叶数、小叶内腺泡数，此外，明显降低血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳素水平，提高孕酮水平，增加SOD活性，抑制胸腺系数减少。

He apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells could be observed one day after injury, increased by the 4th day, and reached a climax by the 7th day in the control group. Apoptosis of RGCs was detected with maniple at 4～10 days after injury in the experimental group and the rate of apoptosis in RGCs decreased significantly compared to the control group at 4～21 days.

UNEL染色及RGCs凋亡率：C组和D组在伤后第1天TUNEL染色可见凋亡细胞，第4天明显增多，至第7天达高峰。A组和C组在伤后第4～第10天仅可见少量的凋亡细胞，在第4～第21天，与B组、D组比较，RGCs凋亡率明显减少。

Results of physiological and biochemical test showed that strain EMZY-1 was a Gram-positive bacteria, and could not grow when temperature was lower than 10℃ or higher than 60℃, pH was lower than 5.0 or higher than 12.0, and the concentration of NaCl was more than 10%. The strain EMZY could grow on the medium as a of sugar, glucose and mannite. The strain could use saccharose, glucose and mannitol as carbon resource, and NH4(superscript +) and NO3(superscript -) as nitrogen resource.

通过对该菌株的形态、培养特征、生理生化特征的研究以及16S rDNA序列分析表明：该菌株为革兰氏阳性菌；细胞为棒杆状，端生孢子，大小约0.3×1.7；温度低于10℃、高于60℃无明显生长；pH低于5.0、高于12.0无明显生长；NaCl质量浓度达到10%菌株不能生长；能在蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露醇为C源的培养基上生长；NH4、NO3为菌株良好N源。
