The results showed that soil organic carbon, water-soluble organic carbon and humin decreased gradually. Extracted humic substances presented an increasing trend at first and then decreased. Relative proportion of humic acid in HE decreased at first and then increased during the initial stage of corn stalk decomposition, which indicated that the formed rate of fulvic acid was faster than HA. Then PQ dropped gradually and reached stabilization, which indicated that FA and HA transformed into each other for some time and then reached balance.

RESULTSWhen the dosage of the Aipingxiao were 13.0, 6.5g/kg by intragastric administration, the inhibition rates was 34.2％, 28.1% in the transplantation with S180 Sarcoma, the inhibition rates were 50.8%, 40.8% with H22 liver cancer, the inhibition rates were 74.2%, 57.0% with Lewis lung cancer, respectively. The survival rate increased significantly in the hydroperitoneum type of transplantation with H22 liver cancer more than model group.
