By time-varying filtering, we realize the signal selectivity and interference suppression, especially for the signals with time-varying power spectrum. It is shown herein that conventional eigenstructure based methods are lower dimensional special case of the time-frequency subspace fitting method. The closed-form array response estimation algorithms for blind source separation in wireless communication is also developed in the dissertation by exploiting the data structure of second-order statistics of the array output in the presence of multipath. The proposed method achieves array response estimation with little constraint on signal property and propagation environment such as scatters or angular spread. Moreover, the array utilized here can be of arbitrary geometry and even uncalibrated. Since the closed-form solution is obtained, no misconvergency may occur and large amount of computation can be saved. The equivalent feed model and corresponding optimization designation are proposed to realize the downlink multi-user selective transmission. By coherent and non-coherent superposition of the electromagnetical field, multiple beams can be formed using a single array, so that each co-channel user signal is transmitted in each beam and will not interfered with each other. The proposed system scheme implements the digital beamforming and the channel allocation in the base band, therefore is suitable for the utilization of the radio software technology. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are proved by the RF experiment.

在窄带条件下，GSC－SSF方法还可以提高阵列的虚拟孔径，从而提高估计的性能；可以证明，Cyclic DOA 和SC-SSF方法可看作该方法的特例或近似； 3、提出了二维GSC－SSF方法和宽带谱相关DOA矩阵方法，利用信号的循环平稳特性解决了宽带条件下二维 DOA 估计问题，并具有阵元数少、计算量较小的特点； 4、提出了时频子空间拟合和宽带时频DOA估计算法，将联合时频分析的理论和方法引入到阵列信号的空间谱估计研究中，利用时变滤波实现信号选择性测向和干扰抑制，特别适合于谱时变信号；可以证明传统特征结构法可看作是时频子空间拟合方法的特例； 5、提出了多用户环境下阵列响应的估计方法——CARE方法，该方法对信号结构和传播参数（主要是散射源分布与角度散布）的约束较少，适用于各种几何结构的阵列甚至未校准的阵列，能够直接得到阵列响应的闭式解，因此计算量小、稳健性好，不存在收敛问题； 6、提出了针对多用户下行选择性发送的阵列等效激励模型、优化设计方法及其系统实现方案，通过空间场的相干叠加与非相干叠加使得单一阵列能够形成多个波束，并保证各波束内的用户信号各不相同且相互干扰最小；其系统方案具有在基带实现数字波束成形、信道分配并便于软件无线电实现的特点，其有效性已得到外场实测数据的证实。

Theurinary IL-6 level positively correlated with density of glomerular matrix membrane, global sclerosis, fiber or fibrocellular crescents and interstitial fibrosis (p. 05). According to the degree of density of glomerular matrix membrane and interstitial fibrosis, urinary Col-IV level had better correlation than urinary TGF-betal and IL-6 levels.In IgAN, Col-IV showed increased expression in diseased renal tissue whereas the site of expression of TGF-betal was mainly localized within the cytoplasm of tubular epithelial cells. Interstial expressionwas also present but glomerular TGF-betal expression was found only in patients with heavy mesangial proliferation. There was a significant correlation between glomerular positivity for Col-IV and severity of histological damage. There was also a significant correlation between positivity for TGF-betal and Col-IV in the tubular epithelial and interstitial lesions. In contrast, there was no ralationship between glomerular positivity for TGF-betal and severity of histological damage.The urinary TGF-betal level paralleled tubular TGF-betal expression.

结果 ①IgAN患者尿TGF-β1、IL-6、Col-Ⅳ水平较健康人明显增高(P＜0.01)，该变化与血中的浓度无关(P＞0.05)；②尿TGF-β1水平与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P=0.000)，而与小球TGF-β1阳性表达无关(P＞0.05)，尿Col-Ⅳ水平与小球和小管间质Col-Ⅳ阳性表达均呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，还与小管间质TGF-β1阳性表达呈正相关(P＜0.05)：③小球Col-Ⅳ阳性表达与肾组织慢性病变密切相关(P＜0.05)，小管间质Col-Ⅳ和TGF-β1阳性表达均与肾小管间质病变呈良好的相关性(P＜0.01)，而小球TGF-β1阳性表达与肾组织损伤无关(P＞0.05)；④尿TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ水平与肾小球基质基底膜面密度、小管间质病变呈正相关(P＜0.01)，与小球内细胞数呈负相关(P＜0.05)，该结果与其在组织中的表达一致；尿IL-6水平浙江大学硕士学位论文尿TGF一B一、IL一6和Col一IV在IgA肾病中的应用价值与基质基底膜面密度、球性硬化、纤维或细胞纤维新月体所占肾小球百分数及小管间质病变均有显著的相关性(F.05)；在轻度肾病理损伤时，尿'l'G卜pl、I卜6、Col一IV水平即升高，而尿Col一W在反映细胞外基质积聚和间质纤维化程度上比尿TGF一pl和IL一6有更好的相关性。

Microscope examination:in group a,at 2 weeks,a few inflamatory cells appeared in the holes with many osteoblasts and ostoid appeared around the drilled holes.at 8 weeks,marrow formed in the drilled holes in group b,at 2 weeks,there were a large amount of osteoblasts in the drilled holes and some ostoid formed around thc drilled holes.at 4 weeks,the drilled holes were full of trabeculae.at 8 weeks,the trabeculae matured with the marrow appeared in the intertrabecular space.

组织学结果：2周时a组钻孔区出现少许炎症细胞，边缘出现较多成骨细胞并有骨组织形成，至8周时，钻孔区内形成骨髓组织，只在边缘形成骨小梁结构。2周时b组钻孔区有大量的成骨细胞，边缘有较多骨组织形成，4周时钻孔区内充满新生骨小梁结构，8周时钻孔区内骨小梁成熟，小梁有骨髓组织填充。［结论］骨髓基质干细胞对兔股骨头缺血性坏死有良好的修复作用。

RESULTS The degenerative changes of nerve ending in Meissner's corpuscles were observed after 1 month of denervation, and the basic structure of the corpuscles had no obvious changes. After 3 months, the axons of corpuscles were disappeared, and the volume of corpuscles was shrunk. The basic structure of nerves was disappeared, and the lemmocyte and neurolemma plate were changed after 5 months.

结果 失神经1个月时触觉小体内的神经末梢已有溃变，触觉小体的基本结构无明显改变；3个月时轴突消失，触觉小体的体积开始萎缩；5个月时神经结构消失，膜细胞及其膜板亦开始改变；8个月时触觉小体内胶原纤维含量逐渐增多；12个月时触觉小体内膜结构与膜间基质完全消失，被胶原纤维代替。

Methyl-5-ethyl-2-thiouracil,m.p.211°,was prepared according to the direc- tions of Johnson and Baily.4-Methyl-5-ethyl-uracil,m.p.236°,was formed in a 81% yield from 4-methyl-5-ethyl-2-thiouracil by boiling the latter with an aqueous solution of monochloroacetic acid.4-Methyl-5-ethyl-uracil reacted with phosphorous oxychloride and phosphorous pentachloride,giving 4-methyl-5-ethyl-2,6-dichloropy- rimidine in a 79% yield.

Transesterification between dimethyl sebacate and 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol was studied with tetraisopropyl orthotitanate ,lithium amide and di-n-octyltin oxide used separately as catalysts.

对癸二酸二甲酯与1，2，2，6，6-五甲基哌啶醇的酯交换反应进行了研究；分别考察了四异丙基钛酸酯、氨基锂、氧化二辛基锡3种催化剂的性能；采用氢核磁共振确定了产物的结构；考察了以四异丙基钛酸酯为催化剂时反应温度、反应时间、原料配比和催化剂用量对反应的影响。

The serum selenium is first digested by microwave treatment and then chemically purified before analysis by using sulphydryl cotton. The optimum conditions were found to b as follows:(1) The sulphydryl cotton column is prewashed with 5 mol/L hydrochloric acid;(2) Se is desorbed by adding 1 mL of concentrated nitric acid and (3) the optimum amount of sulphydryl cotton is 0.14 g. This preconcentration step is required in order to remove matrix-interfering elements, such as Na, Mg, K and Ca.

采用微波消解－巯基棉分离对人血清样品进行前处理，通过对巯基棉分离血清中硒的条件优化，结果表明，柱条件为5mol/L HCl、解脱Se条件为1mL重蒸HNO3、巯基棉最佳用量为0.14g时，能够有效分离出人血清样品中的Na、Mg、K、Ca等碱金属和碱土金属，同时硒的回收率最高，达到92%以上。

When the concentration of zinc nitrite is lower than 0.1 M,(002) is the prior face for zinc oxide. As the concentration raise, the other kinds of crystal face would appear. Among those data,(002) grows the best when the concentration of zinc nitrite is 0.06 M. We add lactic acid and citric acid respectively; there is an carboxyl group on the lactic acid and three carboxyl groups on the citric acid. The monodentate of lactic acid helps the growth of zinc oxide, compared to the tridentate of citric acid which can only produce zinc oxide film under very low concentration, but the growth of (002) face is not that stable as adding the lactic acid and zinc will electrodeposit to substrate.
