It consists of the next three aspects: firstly, we study Murthys' open problem whether the augmented matrix is a Q0-matrix for an arbitary square matrix A , provide an affirmable answer to this problem , obtain the augmented matrix of a sufficient matrix is a sufficient matrix and prove the Graves algorithm can be used to solve linear complementarity problem with bisymmetry Po-matrices; Secondly, we study Murthys' conjecture about positive semidefinite matrices and provide some sufficient conditions such that a matrix is a positive semidefinite matrix, we also study Pang's conjecture , obtain two conditions when R0-matrices and Q-matrices are equivelent and some properties about E0 ∩ Q-matrices; Lastly, we give a counterexample to prove Danao's conjecture that if A is a Po-matrix, A ∈ E' A ∈ P1* is false, point out some mistakes of Murthys in [20] , obtain when n = 2 or 3, A ∈ E' A ∈ P1*, i.e.

本文分为三个部分，主要研究了线性互补问题的几个相关的公开问题以及猜想：(1)研究了Murthy等在[2]中提出的公开问题，即对任意的矩阵A，其扩充矩阵是否为Q_0-矩阵，给出了肯定的回答，得到充分矩阵的扩充矩阵是充分矩阵，并讨论了Graves算法，证明了若A是双对称的P_0-矩阵时，LCP可由Graves算法给出；(2)研究了Murthy等在[6]中提出关于半正定矩阵的猜想，给出了半正定矩阵的一些充分条件，并研究了Pang~-猜想，得到了只R_0-矩阵与Q-矩阵的二个等价条件，以及E_0∩Q-矩阵的一些性质；(3)研究了Danao在[25]中提出的Danao猜想，即，若A为P_0-矩阵，则，我们给出了反例证明了此猜想当n≥4时不成立，指出了Murthy等在[20]中的一些错误，得到n=2，3时，即[25]中定理3.2中A∈P_0的条件可以去掉。

The research results suggest that:(1)the factors influence the control of IOR including economic,social and technological factors;(2)the application of interorganizational systems should focus on both technological and non-technological factors;(3)the stronger dependency between organizations, the more effective of the IOS reducing the coordination costs;(4)usually the investment of firms in interorganizational relationship is reciprocal;(5)the appicaton of IT changes the dependency between organizations, which should modify the coordination mechanism, resulting in the change of IOR;(6)the coordination cost affects the effectiveness of coordination among firms;(7) maintaining the interorganizational relationship influences the firms'' network life cycle and matureness;(8)both coordination cost and network size of firms affect sharing mechanisn of the costs and benefits for creating and maintaining interoganizational relationship;(9) the influence of coordination costs to the allocation of super profits deriving from interorganizational relationship is depent on the network topology;(10) the core firm in a network prefer the symmetric network.

我们的研究成果表明：（1）影响管理与控制IOR治理结构的因素有经济因素、社会学因素以及技术因素；（2）在应用组织际信息系统时，要同时关注技术和非技术的影响因素；（3）当组织之间存在较强的依赖关系时，组织际信息系统的应用能够有效减少组织之间的协调成本；当组织之间的依赖关系较弱时，组织际信息系统的应用会加深组织之间被对方侵占的风险，无法显著地减少组织际协调成本；（4）在通常情况下，参与组织际关系的成员的投资是互补的；（5）IT的应用会改变组织间的相互依赖性，组织应调整协调机制，而协调机制的变化会改变IOR；（6）协调成本的大小对协调有效性有着很大影响；（7）组织际关系的维护影响组织网络的生命周期和成熟度；（8）影响组织际关系建立和维护的成本分担和利益共享方案的因素不仅仅跟协调成本有关，而且还与网络规模有关；（9）在对称网络拓扑结构与非对称网络拓扑结构下，协调成本对超额回报分配的影响是不同的；（10）核心企业倾向于选择非对称的网络结构。

The results are listed as following :㏕he best anti-erosion proportion of resin present is 25wt% in the condition of silicon carbide reinforced SMCC, while the alumina reinforced SMCC is 40wt%.(2) The better anti-erosion results was achieved with the ratio of silicone resin to acrylic resin containing hydroxy being 3: 1.㏕he composites coating tends to be more brittle when added in alundum particles. It also means that the maximum erosion peak of alundum reinforced SMCC tends to normal angle.甌he change of erosion rate of SMCC can be divided into two stages with the increment erodent velocity: the slow erosion stage of the beginning and the stable erosion stage.

首次发现：①SiC增强的复合涂料涂层，树脂含量为25wt％时，具有最佳耐冲蚀性能：Al_2O_3增强的复合涂料涂层，树脂含量为40wt％时，具有最佳耐冲蚀性能；②SiC增强的涂料，有机硅树脂与丙烯酸树脂的比例为3：1时的耐冲蚀性能好于1：1的复合涂料涂层；③Al_2O_3增强体使涂层变脆的倾向大于以SiC为增强体的涂层，即SiC增强的复合涂料涂层的最大冲蚀率出现在30°，Al_2O_3增强的复合涂料涂层的最大冲蚀率出现在75°～90°之间；④低速冲蚀磨损机理主要是弹性变形与疲劳；高速冲蚀磨损机理主要是显微切削和显微犁耕。

When the pH value of the solution contained in Cd~(2+) is near 5, the amount of Cd~(2+) exchange in analcime reaches to a summit; when the temperature increases, the amount of Cd~(2+) exchange in unit mass analcime also increases; when initial Cd~(2+) concentration decreases, the remove rate of Cd~(2+) increases while the amount of Cd~(2+) exchange in unit mass analcime also decreases; when other cations coexist in solution, there must be some influences to the Cd~(2+) exchange in analcime.

实验表明：当交换液的pH值为5左右时，方沸石对Cd~(2+)交换量较大：反应温度升高时，单位质量方沸石对Cd~(2+)交换量增大；随着溶液中Cd~(2+)初始浓度减小，方沸石对Cd~(2+)的去除率升高，但单位质量方沸石对Cd~(2+)的交换量逐渐减小；当溶液中有其他阳离子共存时，对方沸石与Cd~(2+)的交换也有一定的影响。

X-ray diffraction is one of the most common and efficient ways to measure a superlattice structure. This dissertation displays the detail results for characterization of Ge〓Si〓/Si superlattices by x-ray diffraction (including x-ray small angle diffraction and double crystal diffraction). It was found, when the growth temperature is lower, the intensities of xray small angle diffraction peaks are modulated by a periodical function, which indicates that both sets of interfaces of the superlattice is highly flat; when the growth temperature is higher, the diffraction peak intensities are simply decay with the increase of diffraction vector, which indicates that one set of interfaces is highly flat but another is not; when the growth temperature is very high, the diffraction peaks are reduced more rapidly, which indicates that both sets of interfaces are not ideal.

本文详细介绍了用X-射线衍射（包括X-射线小角衍射和双晶衍射）方法对Ge〓Si〓/Si超晶格结构特性测试的结果，尤其是发现，当Ge〓Si〓/Si超晶格的生长温度较低时，X-射线小角衍射谱峰的强度随着衍射波矢的增加而周期性调制，表明超晶格的两套界面都十分平整；当生长温度较高时，Ge〓Si〓Si超晶格的X-射线小角衍射谱峰的强度随着衍射波矢呈简单的衰减变化，对应于超晶格内有一套界面不平整的情况；当生长温度进一步提高时，X-射线小角衍射峰明显减少，表明超晶格内两套界面都不理想。

Under the vertical load, the strength of rock mass is higher when there is only one group of joint and the dip angle is less than 20 or higher than 80; When dip angle is between 20 to 80, the strength of rock mass is much lower, it is smallest when dip angle is about 50, and it is lower when this kind of dip angle is in combination with other angle.

7在铅直向荷载作用下，岩体中只存在一组倾角小于20°或者大于80°时，岩体的强度相对较高；当岩体中存在一组节理的倾角在20°～80°间时，岩体的强度值很小，而且在与其他倾角的节理组合时，岩体的的强度值变化不太大，特别是当节理倾角为50°左右的时候，岩体的强度相对最低。

For decreasing the calculation amount of angle functions for obtaining projection address, the trigonometric functions' values are calculated in advance and stored into a table which can be indexed if needed.
