This article is closely focus on the development and inditement of the classical realistic oil painting in China, it expatiate the concept and category of the " classical realistic oil painting in China", and make a brief review of the spread and sprout of the earlier period European classical oil painting in China, it also analyze the status which realistic painting predominate the whole condition of painting for a long period, it had an impact on the inditement of classic realistic oil painting in China over a long period of time.

本文紧紧围绕中国古典写实油画的发展与创作这一中心，阐述了"中国古典写实油画"的概念与范畴，并简要回顾欧洲古典油画在中国的早期传播、早期萌芽，分析了写实性绘画长期占主导地位的状况对中国古典写实油画产生的重要作用。

［Objective］To study the factors leading to intramedullary pressure change during openintramedullynailing of fresh femoral fractures and the relation between fat intravasation and IMP.［Method］Fifty patients with femoral fractures were submitted to OIMN in early stage after injury.

［目的］研究股骨骨折早期开放式髓内钉固定术中髓内压的变化及其与脂肪入侵的关系［方法］50例新鲜股骨骨折患者伤后早期行开放式髓内钉固定术。

During operation, the positive rate of patients with increased IMP was significant higher than that of patients without pressure imcreasing(P.01).［Conclusion］The "piston effect" could lead to increased IMP during OIMN of fresh femoral fractures. The increased IMP is an important factor leading to marrow fat intravasation.

结论］股骨骨折早期开放式髓内钉内固定手术中在一定条件下产生的"活塞效应"可使髓内压升高；髓内压升高是股骨骨折早期开放式髓内钉内固定术中导致骨髓脂肪入侵的重要因素。

NGF had obvious cytotoxicity on these cell lines ,which shows to be dose-dependent, especially for MGC-803 and BEL-7404 ,their IC_(50) value at the 24~ hours are 49.9mg/L and 55.46mg/L ; Main features of apoptosis under fluorescent microscope include reduction in volume,nuclear chromatin condensation, intensification under jacinth fluorescence; The early apoptosis rate of pristine cells which detected by FCM increases with NGF dose increasing.

2NGF对4种人肿瘤细胞均有细胞毒性作用，且呈剂量依赖关系，尤其是对MGC-803和BEL-7404的抑制作用更强，作用24h的IC50值分别为49.9mg/L和55.46mg/L，荧光显微镜下可观察到MGC-803凋亡细胞的主要特点为：细胞体积缩小，染色质固缩，橘红色荧光增强；流式细胞仪检测到MGC-803细胞的早期凋亡率随NGF浓度的增高而增加，各浓度组与对照组的早期细胞凋亡率比较有明显差异(P＜0.01)。

In the medium and high dose F0 groups, it was observed that a little atrophy of kidney glomerulus, hyperplasia of interstitial tissue after DC ingestion for 14 months, and kidney glomerulus fibrosis happened after DC ingestion for 20 months, such changes occurred in filial rats (F1) after DC ingestion for 5 months In the medium and high dose F0 groups, splenic germinal center and periarterial lymphatic sheaths were hyperplasia , companies with lymphopoiesis after DC ingestion for 7 months, splenic white pulp became more small and sparse after DC ingestion for 20 months.

结果 F0代的中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后可见雄性的精曲小管萎缩，管壁增厚呈空虚网状，生精细胞层次减少，间质细胞增生，但仍见有精子生成；高剂量组可见到精子呈异型性改变，细胞核浓缩深染，且随着摄入时间延长改变愈趋明显；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变且更为严重。F0代中、高剂量组大鼠摄入贫铀14个月后肾小球轻度萎缩，间质增生明显，20个月时肾小球萎缩纤维化；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀5个月后就有上述改变。F0代中、高剂量组摄入贫铀7个月时脾脏生发中心和淋巴鞘增生，淋巴母细胞增生活跃，20个月时脾小体减少，生发中心稀疏；F1代大鼠摄入贫铀早期和晚期有类似改变。F0和F1代高剂量组摄入贫铀早期肝脏有炎症细胞浸润，晚期骨髓有核细胞减少，脂肪细胞增加。
