The results indicated that the prevalence of GERD in Wuhan was highest among these five sities; those residents lived in rural region with lower education level, family history of GI tumors or other GI diseases, worse health status and spirit status were more likely to suffer from GERD; Moreover, those residents who had some anamneses (such as dyspepsia, gastritis, rheumatic arthritis), and some diseases (such as irritable bowel syndrome and aerophagia) were also more likely to report GERD.

结果表明，在调查的五个城市中武汉的GERD发病情况最重；农村居民、文化程度越低、健康状况和精神状况越差者，以及有胃肠道疾病或肿瘤家族史的人更可能患GERD；而那些既往患有慢性胃炎、消化不良、风湿性关节炎，现患有肠易激综合征、吞气症的人，同样也更可能患GERD。

Therefore Professor Sun Su Lun held that emphasis should be lay on strengthening the body resistance, and then he put forward the therapeutic method of strengthening the body resistance to protect encephalon at the early acute stage of ischemic apoplexy.

为此，孙塑伦教授在总结多年临床经验和既往科研成果的基础上，提出了缺血性中风急性期全新的治疗方法--扶正护脑法，作为贯穿中风病急性期始终的基础治疗方法，拓宽了缺血性中风病急性期的中医治疗思路。

Results: About 37.0% of the subjects knew chronic metabolic disease, and 20.8% of them knew little about the disease. Of the 125 individuals previously diagnosed, 104 were taking medicine; however, only 57 participants were taking medicine according to how it was prescribed by their physicians. The main reason for not taking the medicine as recommended by the physicians was a failure to realize the imperilment of the chronic metabolic disease, accounting for 47.2%. Multivariable analysis showed that degree of education was a significant factor in the knowledge level of chronic metabolic disease.

结果：所调查的394位居民中，代谢性疾病的知晓率为37.0%，对代谢性疾病相关知识完全不知晓者占20.8%；125例既往代谢性疾病患者中有104例（83.2%）曾经服过药，仅57例（45.6%）按医嘱规律服药；患者不规律服药的原因中，自认为无大碍者所占比例最高，为47.2%；多因素分析表明，文化程度是影响居民代谢性疾病知识知晓情况的主要因素。

Numeration data between the groups using chi-square test.Results:Clinical research:(1) Baseline data: Except for gastrointestinal sthenia syndrome andyin/yang syndrome, the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, smoking,alcohol consumption, medical history, diseased region, NIHSS score, strokeTCM symptom integration and Gelashige Coma Scale score, as compared withno statistical difference (P＞0.05);(2) After treatment: Compared with pretherapy, the NIHSS score and strokeTCM symptom integration of two groups were prominently improved at 14±3days and 21±3 days. But the improvement of stroke TCM symptom integrationof TFXSJN group was superior to that of the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P＜0.05);(3) At 21±3 days, TFXSJN group\' s BI Index, SS-QOL score were higher,and NIHSS score were significantly lower than that of control group, withsignificant differences (P＜0.05); There were no significant differencebetween two groups\' score of mRS at 21±3 days (P＞0.05);(4) Adverse reactions:All patients in the two groups during the treatmenthad no adverse reaction.

It is well known that retinal pigment epithelial cells are predominant proliferative cells in PVR which is an excessively wound healing response occurring after RPE cell wounding. The activated RPE cells migrate from their normal, sessile state to vitreous and onto both surfaces of the retina, in which they begin to dedifferentiate, migrate, proliferate, change phenotype and secrete ECM.

既往研究证明视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigmentepithelial，RPE)细胞是参与PVR的主要细胞，PVR是视网膜脱离后RPE细胞损伤的一种自我修复过程，是一种过度的眼内创伤修复反应；RPE细胞在正常位置上处于静止状态，而在某些病理条件下，如视网膜裂孔形成和视网膜脱离后，RPE细胞脱离原位，开始去分化、移行、增生、发生表型转化并分泌胶原等ECM，最终在视网膜前后表面和玻璃体内形成具有收缩能力的增生膜，造成牵拉性视网膜脱离。

Results: The two groups were signifcent different in BRMS and the dinical charaters.imply that the active,agression factor,dinical character of agressive history,irritably of BRMS were the agressive behavor danger factors.

结果：两组躁狂症患者在BRMS和临床特征上存在显著差异，提示BRMS的动作活动、敌意因子分和临床特征中既往有攻击史，易激惹、不合作及医护人员的强制手段是躁狂症患者的攻击行为的危险因素。

The risk factors of breast carcinoma includes family history (The likelihood of developing breast cancer for a patient, if one of whose mother or sisters does, will increase by 1.5 to 3 times.), age, BMI, hereditary factors (The risk of developing breast cancer for a female whose BRCA1 gene has been mutated reaches 50-85% in her life.), female, contact history of the endogenous and exogenous estrogen, past history of chest being exposed to the radiation, dietary pattern, benign mastopathy and environmental factors.

发生乳腺肿瘤的危险因素包括：家族史（假如患者母亲或姐妹当中有一人发生乳腺癌，该患者乳腺癌发生的可能性增加1.5至3倍），年龄，肥胖，遗传性素因（BRCA1基因突变的女性一生中发生乳腺癌的可能性为50－85％），女性性别，内源性和外源性雌性激素接触，既往有过胸部放射性暴露史，膳食结构，良性乳腺疾病和环境因素。

This disconnection of trends suggests that perforated and nonperforated appendicitis may hae different pathophysiologies and that nonoperatie management with antibiotic therapy may be appropriate for some initially nonperforated cases.

Results 42 of 45 patients had a history of subarachnoid hemorrhage for 1 to 3 times. 23 and 22 cases died separately before and after digital substract angiography. 5 cases of rebleeding was relating to angiography, 24 cases died during the "high risk" period (4 to 10 days after first rupture). Rebleeding accounted for a 7.2% mortality of aneurysms preoperatively in our study. Among them, 71% was attributable directly to rebleeding, whereas 29% to non-neurological complications.

结果 45例病人中42例既往有1～3次蛛网膜下腔出血病史，住院后于数字减影脑血管造影前出血死亡者23例，造影后出血死亡者22例，其中5例出血与脑血管造影有关，24例再出血发生在动脉瘤自然出血高峰期内(4～10天)，住院期间出血死亡的发生率占我院同期动脉瘤总数的7.2%，直接死于再出血的为71%，死于非神经系统并发症的为29%。
