The former hypothesis is mainly based on mathematical linear extrapolation from effects observed by high doses. This notion advocates the linear assumption of radiation risk and that there is no lower limit to the amount of radiation that causes short- or long-term damage. The latter is the countervailing hypothesis-radiation hormesis.

前者主要依据高辐射剂量效应的观察，用数学线性补插法来求低剂量之效应，主张：辐射剂量会造成短或长期的伤害，且无低限值的；后者的证明来自於广泛的流行病学观察和实验研究的科学资料，这些证明指出辐射对人的伤害有确定的阀值剂量。

This thesis DESign steel wire tension control system of Steel Billet Grinding Machine, and establish mathematical model of every component in electro-hydraulic proportional valve control dissymmetry hydraulic cylinder servosystem and the load with large inertia and flexibility system of Grinding Machine. Through the medium of matlab/simulink simulation, this thesis mostly analyses Pre-load impact of steel wire stress. Compare with the emulation result of non-feedback, force feedback, displacement feedback, thereby educe reliable conclusion.

本文设计了钢坯修磨机钢丝绳张力控制系统，并且对电液比例阀控非对称液压缸伺服系统的所有液压元件和修磨机柔性负载系统进行了建模，通过MATLAB／SIMULINK仿真，主要分析了预紧力对钢丝绳受力的影响，而且对开环无反馈、力环反馈、位移反馈的仿真结果进行了比较、得出了可靠的结论。

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。

The results gained from MACONP are indentical with that of RETRAN02/MOD2 program. Then, Incontrollable Control Rod Withdrawal ATWS , Loss Of Offsite Power ATWS , Turbine Trip ATWS and Loss Of Feedwater ATWS are analyzed emphatically. Based on the LOFW-ATWS analysis, the sensitivity analyses of the influence of some conditions on ATWS process are conducted, such as pressurizer relief valve blocking, putting pressurizer spray in, no turbine trip and decrease of moderator reactivity coefficient. The simulating results agree well with corresponding results of RELAP5/MOD2, both analyses consequences are consistent in the main.

本论文首先应用MACONP程序分析了秦山核电站的汽轮机保护停车瞬态，包括&压力有控制&和&压力无控制&两种情况，所得结果与RETRAN02/MOD2的计算结果吻合；然后着重分析了该电站的控制棒失控提升ATWS、失去厂外交流电源ATWS、汽轮机保护停车ATWS和失去主给水ATWS，并在LOFW-ATWS分析的基础上就稳压器释放阀卡死、稳压器喷淋投入、汽轮机不脱扣和慢化剂反应性系数减小等对ATWS进程的影响作了敏感性分析，仿真结果与RELAP5/MOD2的仿真结果符合良好，对结果进行分析所得到的分析结论也基本一致。

Sample matrix are discharged by the pre-column. The mobile phases applied consisted of 0.1% HOAc (pH3.0) acetonitrile-water on extraction column with UV detection at 225nm. Then, coupled-column liquid chromatographic methods for the direct analysis of atrazine and simazine in urine was established.
