They can be described as follow: Firstly, the subminiature underwater robot should be compact in size and low cost, for which, it is difficult for us to control its balance. So that, a new kind of piston--style ups and downs system was invented, which can keep the underwater robot horizontally suspended in the water without driving force.

With DGD method, the electron microscopy observation has provided new information on the process of chromatin migration. That is: Firstly, the nucleus moved toward cell wall and a picture characteristic of synizesis stage of meiosis appeared; Secdonly, the transmigration of chromatin occured through CC, and a more extensive region constituted of nuclear skeleton left behind chromatin, which was named as"clear spaces" under light microscopy; Thirdly, at the late stage of synizesis, most of chromatin had gone into adjacent cells through CC and fused into a whole, and the nuclear skeleton left in the former cell gradually mixed with cytoskeleton in cytoplasm.

Results: The differentiated neuron appeared different patterns of amitotic figures such as transverse sever, longitudinal split, etc. The proliferating neurons divided in an asymmetric way morphologically and chemically. The differentiated neuron appeared an obvious movement of cell migration and neurite extension.

In the field of spaceborne remote sensing, a geometric collinearity equation of pushbroom sensor with the Kepler parameters of the satellite orbit and the attitudes of sensor has been developed. Testing the sensor model on a SPOT-5 imagery, the planimetric accuracy of object positioning is 83.392m on the ground. According to the orbital dynamical model and the kinematics model of satellite attitude, an algorithm of extrapolative location is developed. Testing the algorithm on CBERS-2 high resolution satellite imageries of central China, when the depth of extrapolation is 300km, the planimetric precision is 53.555m including the measurement errors as well as the modeling error over than the 568m which is the planimetric precision of systematic rectification.
