If fortunedrives the master forth an outcast in the world ,friendless and homeless,the faithful dog asks no higher privilege than that of accompanying him to guard against danger,to fight against his enemies;and when the last scene of all comes ,,and death takes the master in its embraces and his bady is laid away in the cold ground ,no matter if all other friends pursue their way ,there by his graveside will the moble dog be found ,his head between his paws,his eyes sad but open in alert watchfulness ,faithful and true,even to death.

查体提示：双侧眼睑下垂，易疲劳；轻度面部及颈部肌肉无力；舌肌无力并出现中央沟。无眼肌麻痹。肩部上肢带肌消瘦、明显无力，可见肩胛翼。腰部无力，行走时脊柱前凸，呈&鸭步&步态。坐位是如不用双手辅助，可能掉出椅子外。但可以依靠其脚趾和足跟站立。患者肺活量为正常的80%，心电图及超声心动图正常。CK水平为正常的2-3倍。

Objective:to probe the application on the hearing screening of the neonatus by transcience otoacoustic emission.methods: to undertakethe hearing screening of the neonatus by transcience otoacoustic emission of 2 100 neonatus from 2006.1~2006.12.results: 2 058 (98.4%) full-term newborn infants pass the transience otoacoustic emission once and 33(1.6%) full-term newborn infants can not pass it once.9(77.8%) premature infants pass the transience otoacoustic emission once and 2 premature infants can not pass it once.conclusion: the transience otoacoustic emission is worth to application because it has non-wound, fast, objective merit.

目的：探讨观察瞬态耳声发射在新生儿听力筛查中的应用。方法：对2006年1月~2006年12月2 100例新生儿利用瞬态耳声发射进行听力筛查的资料进行分析。结果：2 091例足月新生儿中，一次通过瞬态耳声发射进行听力筛查 2 058例，占98.4%，未通过33例，占1.6%，早产儿9例中，一次通过检测7例，占77.8%，未通过2例，占22.2%。全部未通过新生儿检查abr，确诊有异常15例，正常7例。结论：瞬态耳声发射具有无创伤、快速、客观、敏感度高等优点，值得在新生儿听力筛查中广泛推广应用。

The VLBW group had a significantly lower birth weight and smaller head circumference than the full term controls at the age of 5. Compared to the control group children, the performances of the VLBW group were inferior in terms of intelligence, neuromotor skills, visual perceptual skills, and adaptive behaviors.

Methods 134 cases frome May to July 2003 in our hospital were allocated to observation group,while 115 cases during the same period of last year to control group.All the objectives were in proper age,term birth and nulliparous. differences between the two groups were observed with regard to the duration of labor stage,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,the rates of super-quality delivery and maternity satisfaction.

以我院2003年5～7月分娩的134例产妇为观察组，以前1年同期分娩的115例产妇为对照组，两组产妇均为无产科合并症适龄足月初产妇；比较两组的产程、产后出血、新生儿窒息、优质接生率和产妇满意度情况。

Methods: Thirty ASA I nulliparous women were administered 10 ml bolus of epidural ropivacaine in the first stage of labor. A concentration of 0.5% ropivacaine was applied to the first woman, and the dosage to the next one was up-regulated or down-regulated one level in accordance to the previous woman's response to the concentration.
