为减少大容量全肺灌洗术后低氧血症的发生，我院于2006~2008年将无创正压通气应用于大容量全肺灌洗术后，取得了满足的效果，现报告如下。

Result:the incidence of AP went up year by year;(2)bile tract disease is the major reason,but hyperlipdemic AP should be attach importance to for its higher and higher incidence;(3)mean age of biliary AP is higher than alcohlolic and hyperlipdemic AP;(4)the difference of sex is significant in biliary AP and alcohlolic AP;(5)the incidence of local omplications is lower than alcohlolic and hyperlipdemic AP,but the difference is of no significance in view of systemic complications;(6)lungis of the most liability for dysfunction,and renal dysfunction is most closely related to death ;(7)ESS is associated with AP and related to the severity and prognosis .

结果表明：(1)急性胰腺炎发病率呈逐年上升趋势；(2)胆道疾病仍是急性胰腺炎的首要病因，高脂血症性胰腺炎明显增多，应受到重视；(3)胆源性胰腺炎患者年龄高于酒精性和高血脂性等其它原因的胰腺炎；(4)性别差异在胆源性、酒精性胰腺炎中显著；(5)胆源性胰腺炎出现局部并发症几率少于酒精性和高血脂性胰腺炎，而在全身并发症上无明显差异；(6)重症急性胰腺炎中，肺脏最易发生功能障碍，肾功能障碍与死亡关系最密切；(7)急性胰腺炎易伴发正常甲状腺病态综合症，并与其严重程度和预后相关。

Results High purine diet is the main diet habit of the gout people, young and middle aged male prefer to alcohol. The cause of gout in young and middle aged male is drinking mass of alcohol and strenuous exercise,while old aged male is catching cold,changing weather and the use of diuretic. Young and middle aged male will first outbreak at the first metatarsophalangeal joint,involve in single joint,while old aged male at the knee and ankle,involve in two to three joints. Old aged male always go with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes,the rate is significantly higher than that in young and middle aged male(P＜0.05), while the rale of hyperlipemia is similar in two groups.

结果 两组患者均嗜好高嘌呤饮食，中青年男性饮酒明显多于老年男性患者；发病诱因方面中青年男性主要有剧烈运动、大量饮酒，而老年男性主要是感冒、天气变化及使用利尿剂；中青年男性痛风首发第一跖趾关节为多，多数累及单关节，而老年男性则以膝、踝等大关节为多，累及2～3个关节；老年男性合并高血压、冠心病、糖尿病的概率比中青年男性多，两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，但两者合并高脂血症的概率则无明显差异。

Results The lesion located at the basal segments of left lower lobe in 9 cases (90%), furthermore, 7(70%) at the posterior basal segments; The remainder 1 case (10%) was found at the posterior basal segment of right lower lobe; The lesion present as multiloculated cyst containing fluid and/or air in 7 cases(70%) without contrast enhancement of cyst wall, 3 cases (30%) presented as irregular mass with moderate enhancement, in which bronchiectasis with mucous impaction, calcification or cyst containing fluid may be seen; MRP, MIP and VR reconstructions showed anomalous branches arising from descending aorta in all 10 patients(100%) with draining into left atrium via pulmonary vein,which was consistent with surgery; Ipsilateral hilar lymphadenopathy was demonstrated in 7 cases (70%).

结果 9例（90％）病灶位于左下叶基底段，其中7例（70％）位于左下叶后基底段，1例（10％）位于右下叶后基底段；7例（70％）病灶表现为含液/气的薄壁多房囊腔，增强后囊壁无明显强化，3例（30％）表现为不规则团块，增强后有中等强化，其内有粘液嵌塞的扩张支气管，也可有钙化或液性区；MPR、MIP及VR等三维重建显示10例（100％）均为降主动脉发出异常分支供血，并通过肺静脉回流入左房，血管显示情况与手术相符；7例（70％）患侧肺门淋巴结有增大。
