The results showed that plant height increasing speed was significantly slow at the former and middle stage when K level was above 180 kg/hm2.On the contrary,the height of case-hardened plant improved markedly.When the K level was above 135 kg/hm2,the stem girth and maximal leaf area differed significantly as compared with CK,so did LAI.Yield and product value per unit area took the first place when 180 kg/hm2 potassium was used.Average price and proportion of middle and first grade tobacco leaf of 225 kg/hm2 potassium treatment were the highest as compared with other treatments and CK.Four economic characters of the two treatments differed at obvious significant level as companied with CK.The total sugar and K2O were increased,nicotine, total N,protein and Cl- were decreased with increased K levels.The potassium lacked symptom was alleviated with increased K levels,no symptoms was observed when 180 kg/hm2 potassium was used,the degree of weather infected fleck was decreased when the K levels was increased.

结果表明，在烟株生长前中期，当施钾量达到180 kg/hm2以上时，株高增长显著变慢，而定型株高则显著增高；茎围和最大叶的面积在施用135 kg/hm2以上的处理与CK之间的差异性达到极显著水平，叶面积指数也存在显著差异；单位面积产量和产值以施用180 kg/hm2的处理居首位，中上等烟比例和均价以施用225kg/hm2的处理最高，这两种处理的以上4个经济性状与CK之间存在极显著性差异；烟叶中的总糖和K2O含量随施钾量的增加而上升，烟碱、总氮、蛋白质和C-含量则下降；缺钾症状随施钾量增加而减轻，至施用180kg/hm2时已无缺钾症状；烟叶气候斑的发生程度也随施钾水平的提高而减轻。

The increasing trends of leucine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine were greater. The increase trends of lysine, methionine, arginine and histidine were smaller. The content of varies of amino acid in cotton seed meal matter had decreasing trend s after sixteen hours cultured in rumen, but decreasing value was small. The compositions of amino acid in lees and rape seed meal matter were steady after sixteen hours cultured in rumen.

通过把饲料原料中氨基酸的组成和瘤胃降解16h后饲料残渣的氨基酸组成比较发现各种蛋白质饲料瘤胃降解前后氨基酸组成均发生了一定的变化，总的来说，氨基酸浓度在降解后有上升趋势(p＜0.05)的有亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸和脯氨酸，氨基酸浓度在降解后有下降趋势(p＜0.05)的有赖氨酸、精氨酸、谷氨酸和胱氨酸，氨基酸浓度在降解后差异不显著的有组氨酸、天门冬氨酸、甘氨酸，降解后无明显规律的有蛋氨酸、丝氨酸和酪氨酸。

癌变组胸腺细胞中SHP-2 mRNA编码PTPase催化区的700～1096bp间可能出现甲基化；⑦癌变组的胸腺细胞中存在一相对分子质量约为55×10〓的蛋白质，它与IgG具有相同的抗原性，其表达量的变化趋势与SHP-2的蛋白表达变化趋势基本一致，即在胸腺细胞中明显高于对照组及未癌变组，但在骨髓细胞中对照组高于癌变组；⑧SHP-1、SHP-2在γ射线诱发的BEAS-2B细胞恶性转化过程的变化规律：SHP-1蛋白表达量的升高与细胞的恶性转化在时间上基本一致，而SHP-2蛋白表达量与恶性转化无明显关系。

The results showed that (1) COX-2 mRNA and protein existed in the mature male rat testis. COX-2 was localized in spermatocytes by immunohistochemistry.(2) COX-2 also existed in adult man testis. COX-2 protein was positively stained in spermatocytes and Leydig cells.(3) 2 weeks after administration of rofecoxib, the level of testosterone in the whole testis reached its lower values, being only 50% of control values. However, testosterone level recovered during 4 weeks. After such treatment, histologic examination of these testes showed atrophy of the seminiferous tubules and maturation arrest of spermatogenesis.(4) 2 weeks post-EDS, expression of COX-2 decreased significantly (P.005), in comparison with vehicle-treatment control. 4 weeks after treatment, a new generation of fetal like Leydig cells repopulated in the testicular interstitium resulting in COX-2 expression partially recovered. Although the expression of COX-2 mRNA and protein are enhanced at 8th week after using external testosterone, it wasn't significant higher than control group.

实验研究证明：(1)正常成年雄性大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2在mRNA和蛋白质水平均存在表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞；正常成年男性睾丸组织中同样存在COX-2表达，免疫组织化学结果显示COX-2定位于曲细精管内的生精细胞和Leydig细胞；(2)服用特异性COX-2酶抑制剂rofecoxib 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮的含量减少，为正常对照组的50％；持续用药4周后睾丸组织内睾酮浓度逐渐恢复至正常水平；COX-2酶活性降低后病理组织切片显示睾丸内曲细精管萎缩，生精紊乱，持续用药4周时影响最明显；(3)注射特异性Leydig细胞杀灭剂EDS 2周后，实验组大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度降至极低水平时，COX-2的蛋白和基因表达水平也显著低于正常空白对照组（P.005）；使用EDS后第4周，睾丸组织中的睾酮浓度逐渐回升，同样组织中COX-2蛋白表达和mRNA表达水平也相应提高接近正常水平；使用EDS后4周开始给予外源性睾酮，6周和8周时COX-2表达水平的绝对值虽有提高，但与正常大鼠空白对照组比较并无显著性差异，说明外源性雄激素刺激睾丸合成COX-2的作用并不明显。
