Iris grain is not clear with iris tubercle: Iris agnail congests, constituent oedema, cellular soak, make iris grain not clear, lubricious hair is dark and lacklustre.

虹膜纹理不清和虹膜结节：虹膜发炎充血，组织水肿，细胞浸润，使虹膜纹理不清，色发暗而无光泽。

RESULTS: Among the 18 infants, 13 cases (26 eyes) were diagnosed of primary infantile glaucoma, 3 cases (6 eyes)of AxenfeldRieger syndrome,1 case(2 eyes) of aniridia glaucoma, and 1 case (2 eyes) of large congenital cornea.

结果：通过RetCam Ⅱ检查前房角，并结合其它眼部检查，确诊原发性婴幼儿型青光眼 13例26眼，AxenfeldRieger综合征3例6眼，无虹膜性青光眼1例2眼，先天性大角膜 1例2眼。

硅油进入前房者：有晶体眼中2眼经前房放油眼压控制，其中1眼硅油再次进入前房，硅油填充亦超过1个月，经保守治疗无效，检查眼底视网膜复位后，同时行前房和玻璃体腔硅油取出术；无晶体眼中3眼经俯卧位加点降眼压药物，眼压控制，2眼虹膜周切孔膜闭者经过激光6点位打孔或重复打孔处理眼压控制，1眼作6点位周切孔重建，1眼行虹膜周切联合前房成形术，眼压控制。96眼眼压控制后，视力均有不同程度提高。

Artisan iris clip intraocular lens implantation is simpler, of less tissual lesion and safer than the latter, and seems to be an ideal therapeutic method for the treatment of aphakic eyes without posterior capsular support.

两者比较，Artisan虹膜夹持型人工晶状体植入术手术操作相对简单，组织损伤小，更加安全，是治疗无后囊膜支持的无晶状体眼的比较理想的治疗方法。

The control group showed obvious iridocyclitis; the treatment group showed mild anterior chamber inflammation but no posterior synechia and hypopyon.

Results (1)In the group (109 eyes) with preoperative intraocular pressure≤21mmHg,sixty-four eyes were treated with trabeculectomy,and 31 eyes with slerectoiridectomy of which there were 9(14.1%) and 7(20.6%) eyes had undergone PAC respectively.There was no PAC in 11 eyes treated with iridencleisis;(2)In the group(175 eyes)with PIOP from 22 to 35 mmHg,there were 26 eyes(25.2%) and 15 eyes(32.6%) developing PAC of 103 eyes treated with trabeculectomy,and 46 eyes with slerectoiridectomy respectively,of 26 eyes with iridencleisis,there were 5 eyes(19.2%) developing PAC;(3)In the group(106 eyes)with PIOP＞35mmHg,there were 13 eyes(31%) developing PAC of 23 eyes with trabeculectomy,5 eyes(21.7%) developing PAC of 23 eyes with slerectoiridectomy.

结果 (1)术前眼压≤21mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)者109只眼，小梁切除术64只眼，术后浅前房9只眼，占14.1%，巩膜咬切术31只眼，术后浅前房7只眼，占20.6%，虹膜嵌顿术11只眼，术后无浅前房发生；(2)术前眼压22-35mmHg者175只眼，小梁切除术103只眼，术后浅前房26只眼，占25.2%，巩膜咬切术46只眼，术后浅前房15只眼，占32.6%，虹膜嵌顿术26只眼，术后浅前房5只眼，占19.2%；(3)术前眼压＞35mmHg者106只眼，小梁切除术42只眼，术后浅前房13只眼，占31%，巩膜咬切术23只眼，术后浅前房5只眼，占21.7%，虹膜嵌顿术41只眼，术后浅前房5只眼，占12.2%。

No trauma history could be elicited. Ocular examinations revealed no pertinent findings, such as rubeosis irides, juvenile xanthogranuloma, or Herpes infections.

两例均无眼球外伤病史，且眼科学检查均无虹膜新生血管、幼年型黄色肉芽肿或者疱疹病毒感染等异常发现。

Besides, there were bilateral Lisch nodules of the iris, but no cutaneous neurofibromas were found.

两眼虹膜均有Lisch nodules，无皮肤神经纤维瘤，听力及脑部电脑断层为正常，并无家族史。
