The bioassay showed that the methanol extracts of strain As fermentation products had certain degree fungicidical activity against Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria longipes, Glomerella cingulata, Curvulavia lunata, Gibberella zeae, Valsa malt under the concentration of 4000μg/mL, the inhibiting ratio against pathogen growth was ranging from 62.9%~85.1%; The results of the inhibition of spore germination indicated that the fermentation products exhibited obvious inhibition rate against Alternaria longipes, the EC50 values was 62.5328μg/mL; The bioassay showed that the methanol extracts of strain As fermentation products had certain degree fungicidical activity against Bacillus cereus , Bacillus subtilis.

其中甲醇提取物的抑菌活性较乙酸乙酯好，在4000μg/mL浓度下对番茄灰霉病菌、烟草赤星病菌、苹果炭疽病菌、玉米弯孢叫斑病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、苹果腐烂病菌6种植物病原真菌均有抑制作用，抑制率在62.9%~85.1%；抑制孢子萌发试验表明：菌丝体甲醇提取物对烟草赤星病菌的毒力较好，其EC50仅为62.5328μg/mL；抑制细菌活性表明菌丝体甲醇提取物对蜡状芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抑制作用，而对大肠杆菌无明显的抑制作用。

A Bacteriocin-producing Lactic Acid Bacteria R260 strain was screened from plant-material. The morphological, physiological and biochemical features of R260 strain were as follows, the bacterial cell was gram-positive, straight rot-shaped, single or pairs and the spor wasn't found. VP reaction, nitrate reaction, gelatin liquefy and catalase reaction were negative. Glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose were fermented to organic acids.

本实验从植物性材料中筛选到一株产细菌素的菌株 R260，菌株的形态观察和生理生化性质测定结果显示，菌体细胞呈杆状，单个或成对出现，革兰氏阳性，无芽孢；接触酶反应、硝酸盐还原实验、明胶液化实验、产氨实验、水解淀粉实验、硫化氢产生实验和 VP 实验均为阴性；发酵葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、果糖和核糖。

Antagonistic crude protein extract was obtained by 70% ammonium sulphate precipitation, and it was thermostable, unsensible to proteinase K and pepsin, and capable to induce the hypha lysis and cytoplasm condensation of "F. graminearum".

LN-176菌株的发酵液在260nm和280nm下进行吸光度测定，结果表明发酵液中蛋白质含量明显升高；发酵液经硫酸铵盐析后，取上清液和沉淀物分别做抗菌试验，发现沉淀物对青稞散黑穗病菌有拮抗活性而上清液无活性。

结果显示：与对照组对虾相比，所有实验组对虾消化道的弧菌数有显著下降，而总菌数没有呈现显著性差异；所有实验组中对虾血淋巴上清液的血细胞数，酚氧化酶活性均有显著性上升，超氧化物歧化酶仅在10~5cfu/ml时有显著上升，菌剂的加入对对虾血淋巴上清液的的蛋白浓度并无显著影响。

通过对玉米灰斑病菌侵染后的显症过程的系统观察，可在组织水平上说明该病菌与寄主互作反应存在分化或多样性：玉米灰斑病菌不同菌株侵染后显症过程表现出明显的差异；玉米灰斑病菌在侵袭力上存在多样性，菌株间对同一种品种的致病性表现多样化，或者同一菌株对不同品种侵染引起的寄主反应表现为多样性；病斑反应型的分化，玉米灰斑病菌侵染玉米品种或自交系后，主要有7种病斑反应类型，即RH型、RN型、IRH型(不规则形具褪绿晕圈病斑)、IRN型(不规则形无褪绿晕圈病斑)、SH型、RI型(长矩形与不规则形混合病斑)和RS型(长矩形与斑点形混合病斑)，若发病严重，病斑连成片，而且这些反应类型出现的频率也不同。

Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentrationof Xipayiguyiy on P.gingivalis,P.intermedia and F.nucleatum was observed by agar dilution in vitro.Also,the effects of Xipayiguyinye on oral malodour challenged by cysteine was investigated on 10 volunteers in vivo.Results: It showed in this study the MIC of Xipayiguyiy for Pg and Fn was 1mg/mL,and for Pi was 0.5mg/mL.It was also found the Xipayiguyinye achieved significant effects on oral malodour challenged by cysteine.

采用琼脂稀释法，测定西帕依固龈液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌（Pg、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌的最低抑菌浓度；对10例志愿者采用自身前后对照试验，观察四种干预措施（无干预、清水、西帕依固龈液、口泰）对半胱氨酸激发性口臭的最大值水平、各时间点下降百分比及口气值的下降曲线的影响，评价西帕依固龈液防治口臭的效果。
