METHODS: Bilateral sciatic nerve was sterilely dissociated from rats. Schwann cells were prepared and purified by low-concentration enzyme fast digestion and differential adherence.

无菌剥离大鼠双侧坐骨神经，应用低浓度酶快速消化法、差速贴壁法分离培养纯化许旺细胞。

METHODS: Bilateral testis of Kunming male mice aged 5-7 days were sterilely collected. Spermatogonial stem cells were isolated and purified using adherence and noncontinuity Percoll density gradient centrifugation.

无菌收集5~7 d龄昆明雄性小鼠双侧睾丸，采用差速贴壁联合非连续性Percoll密度梯度离心法分离纯化精原干细胞。

Results:the incision complications of the 31 cases,include incision infection(12 cases),subincision fluid(11 cases),incision dehiscence(1 case),incision bleeding(1 case),subcutaneous congestion and hematoma(1 case),incisional hernia(2 cases), incision tumor implantation(1 case),and incision hyperplasia scar (2 cases).conclusions:it is important to prevent incision complications of lc from occuring by strict asepsis,reasonable incision selection,careful and standard technical operation,well anaesthetic coordination and resonable postoperotive treatment.

回顾1 650例lc发生切口并发症31例的临床资料。结果：31例中切口感染12例，切口下积液11例，切口裂开1例，切口出血1例，皮下淤血及血肿1例，切口疝2例，切口肿瘤种植1例，增殖性瘢痕2例。结论：严格的无菌技术，恰当的切口选择，细致和规范的技术操作，良好的麻醉配合和合理的术后处理是预防lc切口并发症的重要措施。

METHODS: Rat mesenchymal stem cells at passage 3 were obtained under sterile condition, and divided into groups A-F. In group A, iodine ion was not added. In groups B-F, iodine ion at mass concentrations of 2, 55, 90, 125 and 2 500 mg/L was added respectively. An additional blank control group was established, and simultaneously the cells were induced into neuron-like cells with dimethyl sulphoxide.

无菌条件下取大鼠第3代间充质干细胞，分为A~F组：A组不加碘离子，B~F组中分别加入质量浓度为2，55，90，125和2 500 mg/L的碘离子，另设空白对照组，同时加化学诱导剂二甲基亚砜向神经元方向诱导分化。

Part II The experiment study on anti-tumour effect of dendritic cells derived from peripheral blood monocyte of patients with oral cancer after pulsed by tumour antigen in different ways. Collected 50ml peripheral blood from each patients and volunteers to induced DC in vitro. We parted the test group and control group into three subgroups respectively, untreated group A, freezed and thawn group B, RNA transfected group C. To group A, after induced DCs for five days , we added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group B, we added protein antigen (DC/ tumor cells = 1 : 1 ,each hole) for 4h at 5d, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on. To group C, transfected immature DC with tumor cell RNA(DC:RNA=1×105/ml: 5ug)at 5d, operated completely with the specification of invitrogen DMRIE-C reagents. After transfection we replaced transfection agent with complete medium, and then added 200U/mlTNF-α in each hole and cultured on.

第二部分口腔癌患者外周血来源的树突状细胞体外负载抗原后抑瘤作用的实验研究无菌采集20例口腔癌患者和20例健康志愿者外周血50ml，分离单个核细胞体外诱导培养DC，并将实验组和对照组细胞各分为三组，A组为未处理组，B组为冻融组，C组为RNA转染组。A组DC在培养5d后，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml；B组DC培养第5d后，每孔中加入癌细胞蛋白抗原，使DC/肿瘤细胞=1：1，继续培养4h后，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml；C组将培养至第5d的未成熟DC用肿瘤细胞RNA进行转染(DC：RNA=1×105/ml： 5ug，按照invitrogen DMRIE-C试剂说明书进行操作)，转染结束后用完全培基取代转染剂，每孔加入TNF-α200U/ml。
