CONCLUSION摘要: DWI and ADC value are helpful to differentiate capsule formation stage of abscess from cystic/necrotic tumor, but not helpful to distinguish evolution stage/cerebritis stage of abscess from cystic/necrotic tumor.

结论摘要：DWI及ADC值有助于鉴别包膜期脑脓肿和坏死囊变脑转移瘤，对吸收期脑脓肿和坏死囊变脑转移瘤的鉴别诊断无明显意义。

The results show that:44 out of 179 cases are of HECHDT,and 37 out of 179 cases are of death; the occurrence rate of digestive tract hemorrhage resulted from the hemorrhage of cerebral basis segment complicated by ventricle hematocele is the highest,and the sequence of the occurrence rates resulted from other position is subarchnoid cavity,brainstem,cerebral lobes,cerebellum,and within cerebral basis segment's hemorrhage; the encephalorrhagia complicated by the hemorrhage of digestive tract is mainly related to the factors of ventricular hematocele,center-line structure shift,hematoma quantity etc,and its case mortality is relatively high.

结果表明：179例中并发消化道出血44例(24.6%)，死亡37例(20.7%)；消化道出血发生率以脑基底节区出血并脑室积血为最高(38.9%)，其次依序为蛛网膜下腔、脑干、脑叶、小脑和局限于脑基底节区出血；并发消化道出血的病死率为50%，无消化道出血的病死率为11.1%。脑出血并发消化道出血主要与出血溢入脑室、中线结构移位、血肿量大等因素有关，且病死率高。

Results: The brain fabric was normal without edema, hemorrhage and necrosis in groupⅠ. The brain parenchyma were loose, perivascular canal became widen, some neurocytes bulk and degenerate in groupⅡ. In groupⅢ, the brain injury aggravateed accompanying the lapse of survival time with extreme cerebral edema at 24 h, and colliquative necrosis in the brain parenchyma aparted at 40 h.

结果：Ⅰ组脑组织结构清晰，无水肿、出血、坏死病灶；Ⅱ组脑实质疏松，小血管周隙增宽，部分神经细胞体积增大变性；Ⅲ组随溺水后存活时间的推移，脑损伤程度逐渐加重，其中24h脑水肿最重，40h个别脑实质小灶性液化性坏死。

As a new diagnostic method, DTI technology should be a routine examination for cerebrovascular diseases.3 DTI sequence should be added when the patient with cerebral ischemia has been examinated by routine MRI and found LA or cerebral infarction on acute stage in doubt. DTI can find hyper-acute and acute cerebral infarction immediately in order to treat the illness in time.4 DTI technology can reflect the mini-alter of alba formation pericerebral infarction with non-invasion in vivo. It can also appraise the degree of cerebral infarction and anticipate the result.

应作为脑血管病影像学常规检查。3对于临床上有脑缺血表现的患者，其常规MRI检查仅发现有脑白质疏松或怀疑有急性期脑梗死，应该加做DTI序列以便及时发现并治疗疾病。4 DTI可在活体无创性的反映脑梗死灶周脑白质结构的微细改变及评估缺血性病变损伤的严重程度和预测脑梗死结果。

The results of the determinating the activity of the CA in vitro showed that the CA of the water—fed individuals were in activing statics after eclosion. Because of the apperence of the Vg in haemolymph and the deposition of the vitellin in oocytes in the unfed females, it was shown that the CA in such individuals were in activiting statics, too. Again because in the water—fed females which did not lack the feeding action the activity of the CA showed dropping tendency gradually still, it could be said that the activiting of the CA was possibly effected by the nutrition but it was never related to the adult feeding action. In another respect, the brain of the female adult had not significant effect on the activiting CA. The oocytes could depositing vitellin in individuals removed brain tissue on the day of eclosion, which showed that the activting of CA was not concerned with brain.

CA活性的体外测定说明饲水个体的CA同样具有活性，不取食个体血淋巴中Vg的存在以及卵母细胞中卵黄的沉积表明，在不取食的个体中CA同样具有活性，所以CA的活化与成虫期的取食动作无关，与成虫是否取食花蜜也无太多的联系，但是CA活性的维持可能受成虫期营养的影响，如果以卵母细胞发育和CA体积大小作为CA活性的指标，则饲水个体CA的活性在后期受到了影响，说明饲水不能替代取食蜂蜜来维持成虫期CA的活性；成虫期脑对CA的活化无明显作用，羽化当日摘除脑的个体，其卵母细胞仍然可以沉积卵黄，说明CA的活化与脑无关，而是受某种不确定的因子的影响；用抗JH物质—早熟素—Ⅱ以10ug／虫的剂量在颈部点滴处理雌虫，对Vg的发生和卵巢的发育具有一定的迟缓作用，其原因有待于进一步的研究。

Objective To Study the scopolamine in the treatment of respiratory and circulatory failure caused by severe brain trauma or cerebral infarction. Methods The 31 respiratory and circulatory failure patients caused by severe brain trauma or cerebral infarction (treatment group,of which 18 cases of traumatic brain injury,cerebral infarction 13 cases) had both the conventional therapy and scopolamine treatment. With the same period 34 patients were treated only with the conventional therapy (control group,of which 19 cases of traumatic brain injury, cerebral infarction 15 cases).The two groups had no significant difference in gender, age and APACHEII score.

目的 研究东莨菪碱在重型脑外伤及脑梗塞致呼吸循环衰竭中的治疗效果；方法对31例重型脑外伤及脑梗塞致呼吸循环衰竭患者（治疗组，其中脑外伤18例，脑梗塞13例）在常规治疗的同时应用东莨菪碱治疗，并与同期收治的34例仅以常规治疗患者（对照组，其中脑外伤19例，脑梗塞15例）比较，两组在性别、年龄、APACHEII评分等差异无显著性。
