Results The Fos reactive products were distributed in the piriform cortex,accumbens nucleus,bed nucleus of stria terminalis, cingulate gyrus,nucleus of diagonal band, hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus, arcuate nucleus, central amygdaloid, subfornical organ, paraventricular thalamic nucleus, lateral habenular nucleus,ventrolateral part of the central gray,lateral parabrachial nucleus,locus ceruleus,medullary visceral zone.

结果 Fos阳性产物分布于梨状皮质、伏核、终纹床核、扣带回、斜角带核、下丘脑室旁核、视上核、视交叉上核、弓状核、中央杏仁核、穹窿下器、丘脑室旁核、外侧缰核、中脑中央灰质腹外侧区、脑桥臂旁外侧核、蓝斑、延髓内脏带等脑区，而在大脑白质及小脑中无明显的密集分布区。

Results①43 cases occurred depression among 130 cases of post-stroke patients, the occurrence rate is 33.1%;②The correlative factors have the sex, social interaltion, the family relations, the hemiparalysis degree and the pathological change position, cerebral hemisphere pathological change and the hemiparalysis serious degree is close to the depression state in it.

采用抑郁自评量表对脑卒中后患者进行筛查，其中超过16分者用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进一步评分，按有无抑郁分两组进行分析，结果：①130例脑卒中患者中，43例出现抑郁，发生率为33.1%；②相关因素有性别、社会交往、家庭关系、偏瘫程度、病变部位，其中大脑半球病变及偏瘫严重程度与抑郁状态关系密切。

In this research, sixty-one patients in unconscious state after hypertensive intracerebral basal ganglia hemorrhage was randomly divided into two groups: The proctoclysis group (31cases) was treated with Tongfuxingshen liquid but the control group (30cases) treated with Tongfuxingshen capsul for seven days. Otherwise, the symptomatic therapy was used simultaneously. The curative effects such as the time of the patients from unconsciousness to consciousness state, the scores of Glasgow- Pittsburgh coma after treated seven days, and the scores of nervous functional defects after treated fourteenth days were observed.

本试验将我院脑病中心1999年9月～2002年5月收入的、符合纳入标准的61例出血部位在基底节区，且伴有意识障碍的高血压脑出血患者，按简单随机分组法，分为31例通腑醒神液直肠滴注治疗组与30例通腑醒神胶囊灌胃对照组，两组病人在性别分布、平均年龄、既往史评分、伴发疾病评分、出血量分布、意识状态分级情况等方面经统计学处理无显著性差异，表明临床资料具有可比性。

Results: ADC in MS group was increased in all regions of NAWM compared to controls(P＜0.05),significantly higher in the body of corpus callosum, internal capsule, periventricular WM, frontal WM, parietal WM and occipital WM(P＜0.01). FA value in MS group was decreased in the body of corpus callosum, internal capsule, periventricular WM, frontal WM, parietal WM and occipital WM(P＜0.05), the genu and splenium of CC,middle cerebellar peduncle showed an insignificant trend of lower FA.

结果：MS组的正常表现脑白质的ADC值均高于对照组(P＜0.05)，以胼胝体体部、内囊、侧脑室旁及额、顶、枕叶脑白质更为显著(P＜0.01)；MS组的FA值与对照组比较，胼胝体体部、顶、额、枕叶白质及内囊、侧脑室旁发现明显降低(P＜0.05)，以后4个部位更为显著(P＜0.01)，而胼胝体膝部、压部和小脑结合臂有降低趋势，但无统计学意义。

In the present paper, the Sox gene expression analysis of different tissues from the Trionyx sinensis was studied by using RTPCR, and Sox gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain and spleen were cloned using RTPCR products. The results show that Sox gene has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kindney and hasn't expression in muscle, liver and ovary. The results of clone reveal that the Sox genes of expression in the testicle are TSSox1 and TSSox 4, and those are TSSox2 and TSSox4 in the brain, and that is TSSox4 in the spleen. This suggests that the Sox gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiattion of male germ cell.

本文采用RT—PCR技术，研究了中华鳖不同组织Sox基因的表达，并通过PCR直接克隆法，分析了来自睾丸、脑和脾组织中的Sox基因序列结果表明在中华鳖的成体组织中，Sox基因在脑、心肌、肾、脾和雄性的睾丸组织中均有不同程度的表达，而在肌肉、肝脏和雌性的卵巢中则无表达，显示该基因具有组织表达特异性克隆分析显示，在睾丸组织中表达的是TSSox1和TSSox4基因，而在脑组织中表达的是TSSox2和TSSox4基因，脾组织中表达的是TSSox4基因此结果表明Sox基因不仅在性别决定中起作用，还可能在神经系统、免疫系统多种组织中起重要作用
