Methods: 40 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups at random,that is, the test group which have 21 cases and the control group which have 19 cases. The change of encephaledema and cephalophyma , the content of CRP and FIB,Chinese medicine symptom integral and NIHSS scores were examined in different periods after taking ningnaotang. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of CRP and FIB in the test group are obviously lower than the control group on the fourth after hemorrhage.

对符合纳入标准的40例急性出血性中风患者随机分为实验组和对照组，比较实验组21例急性出血性中风病人与对照组19例病人的脑水肿、脑血肿的变化及血浆纤维蛋白原和C-反应蛋白含量，及中医症候积分、神经功能缺损评分等指标在口服宁脑汤后不同时期有无变化。

目的 探讨用中药水蛭、银杏、川芎的有效成分组成的复方制剂对动物局灶脑缺血的保护作用方法将水蛭素、银杏叶提取物、川芎嗪按2∶25∶5的比例制成无菌注射液，应用鼠大脑中动脉栓塞导致缺血性脑卒中的实验模型，并用生理盐水、尼莫地平和银杏提取物作对照，观察不同药物对脑缺血面积和由缺血造成的大鼠行为障碍的影响，将实验据用统计学处理并进行组间的差异性比较。

Results Serum EDLS increased within 24 h after brain trauma of different degree in all patients with brain injuries of various intensities.The group of slight injury was the most typal,EDLS demonstrated no change or decrease in a few patients with the injury intensity growing;In most cases EDLS decreased after brain operation or accompaning the wounded recovery; Contents of EDLS at 24 h among different pathological types of brain injuries showed no difference, but in the successful recovery patients with severe or ultra-severe brain injuries, EDLS contents at 72 h posttrauma were lower than in the patients of death or disability. The above change characteristics of EDLS related to injury locations and the degree of brain injury.

结果 不同程度脑外伤后24小时内血清EDLS均升高，以轻伤组最为典型；随着损伤程度的加剧，少数病例EDLS不变甚至下降；术后或随伤情的恢复，EDLS多同步下降；不同病理类型的脑损伤24小时内EDLS无明显差异，在成功康复的重型、特重型脑损伤病人，伤后72小时EDLS含量低于死亡或伤残组；EDLS 的上述变化特点与损伤部位和程度不同有关。

APHs, TF and GnH were tested in 93 patients with TBI,who were admitted to Zhejiang Provin-cial People's Hopital from March 2006 to June 2007. Patients with primary injury in the hypothalamic and pituitary regions, as detected by CT and/or MR/examination, as well as those with tumors or immune diseases in the CNS,endocrine or urinogenital systems, were excluded. 随机对浙江省人民医院2006年3月至2007年6月经系列头颅CT扫描和/或MRI检查，明确无下丘脑、垂体等部位的原发损伤，且既往无中枢神经系统、内分泌和泌尿生殖系统肿瘤及免疫性疾患史的93例门急诊和住院TBI患者的APHs、TF和GnH进行测定，并按患者的GCS评分、TBI类型和损伤程度以及有无继发性脑损害等因素进行分组研究，以同期20例健康体检者作为对照组。
