The studies on the capacities of immune responses of lymphocytes in peripheral blood and immune organs of Grass Carp (Ctenpharyngoden idellus Cuvier et Valencinnes) to PHA and SPA with incorporation of 〓H-TdR and active reaction of Acid α-Naphthyl Acetate Esterase indicated that there were T and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of grass carp, but only T lymphocyte and no B lymphocyte in the thymus of grass carp. It was justified that the T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was originated from the thymus, and B lymphocyte could be from the spleen and anterior kidney of grass carp.

运用〓H-TdR掺入法和酸性醋酸萘酯酶活性检测法分别研究了草鱼外周血以及免疫器官中的淋巴细胞对PHA和SPA的免疫应答以及化学标志特征，发现草鱼外周血中存在着类似于哺乳动物的T、B两类不同的淋巴细胞亚群；同时也发现胸腺中只有T淋巴细胞，而无B淋巴细胞，提示了胸腺中淋巴细胞可能是外周血中T细胞的来源，而B淋巴细胞可能来自脾脏或前肾。

The EAE rats were induced by injecting subcutaneously an emulsion of GPSCH and CFA. In addition, each rat received an intracutaneous injection of pertussis. Albumin in serum and CSF samples was examined on the days of 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 and 20 p.i.. The integrity of BBB was assessed by caculating CSF to serum albumin quotient. At the same time the brains, spinal cords, thymus and inguinal lymph nodes were removed for paraffin sections cutting. None of EAE rats on days 4,6 and 8 p.i. showed clinical signs whichbecame apparent on day 10 p.i.(2.33±0.76; n=6). On days 12 and 14 p.i.

In this paper the thymus DNA of calf and the pBs plasmid are the main objects of our studies in ultraweak luminescence. By means of PIAS(Photon-counting image acquisition), ultraweak luminescence detector and Lambda Bio 40 of UV/VIS spectrophotometer, we studied the UL of DNA induced by the three oxygen free radicals: singlet oxygen Oa, hydroxy radical and superoxide anion(O2 ). We found that the OH can greatly increase the UL intensity of DNA.

本论文以小牛胸腺DNA和质粒pBs为实验材料，利用光子图像探测系统(Photon-counting image acquistion，PIAS)、微弱发光测量仪和UV／VIS分光光度计和生物统计学的成组比较法原理对单线态氧(~1O_2)、羟自由基、超氧阴离子(O_2~-)三种氧自由基诱导DNA超弱发光的变化过程进行了研究，结果发现这三种氧自由基中·OH能诱导DNA的超弱发光发生显著的增强变化，而其他两种氧自由基对DNA的超弱发光并无显著诱导作用。
