The results showed that there was no significant difference in three structure approach of liquid layers among which B was relatively higher;and it was considered that one-step dilution was an effective preservation method in that survival capacity with frozen and melted embryos freshly split,and survival capacity of frozen and melted IVF embryos split by one-step dilution by application minimum capacity refrigerant method with specific canaliculus were obviously higher than B.

结果，3种不同液体层构成间胚胎的存活能力无显著差异，B法较高；应用特定细管最小容量冷却法在冷冻溶解的新鲜分割胚、体外受精分割胚及冷冻溶解的体外受精分割胚一步法稀释后的存活能力均显著高于B法。结果表明，特定细管最小容量冷却法是更有效的保存方法。

结果：(1)在无血清条件下单独培养的DRG，背根神经节的轴突数目众多，外形纤细弯曲，不成束，并且施万细胞和成纤维细胞稀少，所以可以排除两者对轴突生长的影响，为观察来源于变性坐骨神经段的可溶性因子对轴突生长的作用提供了有利条件；(2)在无血清条件下DRG和变性坐骨神经段联合培养，①先单独培养DRG，4天后待神经元轴突长出，再与坐骨神经段联合培养，观察到神经元的轴突数目减少，外形挺直，部分轴突之间相互粘附成束；②变性坐骨神经段和DRG同时联合培养，神经元的轴突数目明显减少，外形粗壮，轴突之间相互粘附成束；(3)有血清条件下单独培养DRG，轴突数目较多，外形挺直，长短不一，部分神经元的轴突之间相互粘附，施万细胞和成纤维细胞数目众多，观察到的轴突生长情况受到施万细胞和成纤维细胞的直接或者间接的影响。

objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

Changdong" showed a noticeable enhancive effect when it was co-administrated with other anti-tumor agents or when it was co-applied with radiotherapy. The action mechanism study showed that an apparent cytotoxic effect of "Changdong" on ten tumor strains in vitro with a quantity-effect relationship was observed. Immunity experiment showed that "Changdong" could induce proliferation of spleen lymphocyte in mice bearing tumor and could improve NK cell" s activity, whereas has no impact on IL-2" s reproduction. It was also noticed that "Changdong" could induce human liver cancer QGY" s apoptosis in vitro, and it happened mainly on G0-G1 phase.

结果："长动"对小鼠移植瘤模型和人体肿瘤裸鼠异种移植均有明显抑制作用，量效关系明显："长动"与放疗和化疗分别联合应用有明显的增效作用：作用机制研究结果：细胞毒性试验研究表明"长动"在体外对10株肿瘤细胞有明显的细胞毒性作用，量效关系明显；免疫学试验表明"长动"可以诱导荷瘤小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖，增强NK细胞的活性，对IL-2的产生无明显影响；"长动"在体外可明显诱导人体肝癌QGY细胞凋亡，使细胞阻滞于G0-G1期。

The data were analyzed in terms of the procedures, which were explicated by The Grounded Theory in the first stage and The Phenomenology in the second stage. The findings of this study were as follow:(1) The model of drug using was dynamic cycles, including initial drug using, continued using, addiction, reintegration, relapse, re-continued using and re-addiction to drugs. But not all cases entered into this cycle.(2) Some drug abusers may stop using drug because of some reasons, but it was hard to confirm that they didn't reenter this cycle again.

结果发现：进入用药行为的循环历程模式，吸毒者呈现出一个初尝、持续使用、成瘾、重整、再度用药、持续使用、成瘾的循环动态之过程，不过并非每个个案均完全进行循环，在每一个阶段中个案有可能随时因某些因素而中止，但中止并不代表个案即真正戒除毒品，视个案反思、自觉能力的强弱，有无进入深度的痛改而采取行动达到真正的戒除，若无则可能在某些条件的促进下又再度进入吸毒的循环中。

Results:Osteoblasts has the ability of transmembrane transport of metformin. The transport of metformin could be saturable with time and drug concentration adding;a certain range of temperature and pH can promote the transport of metformin;The transport of metformin was inhibited by cimetidine and phenformin,but promoted by verapamil;Oct1 but no Oct2 was expressed extensively in cell membrane and cytoplasm of osteoblasts;The protein level of Oct1 can be up-regulated by metformin with different drug concentrations and times,but no obvious differentces from each group.

结果：二甲双胍能够在成骨细胞上进行跨膜转运，且随着转运时间和药物浓度的增加而增加，并可达到饱和；一定范围内提高温度和pH值可以促进二甲双胍的转运；西米替丁和苯乙双胍对二甲双胍转运有明显抑制作用，而维拉帕米则对转运有明显的促进作用；Oct1广泛表达在成骨细胞的胞膜及胞浆中，而Oct2无表达；二甲双胍在不同浓度及不同给药时间均能够上调Oct1的表达，但各组间无明显差别。
