Plantlet regeneration from cotyledon of Citrullus lanatus cv. Zhangkang No. 4 was studied. The results showed that aseptic seedlings should be cultured in dark for 3d, then exposed to a photoperiod of 16/8h/d for 3d. The callus induction rate was higher in cotyledons placed facing downwards to the medium than in those facing upwards. The highest induction rate occurred in MS medium containing 6-BA (2.0mg/L), kinetin (1.0mg/L)and GA3 (1.0mg/L). The induction initiated in dark and took 7 days, while callus growth and differentiation proceeding for 7 days under 16/8h light-dark cycles. A highest rate of embryogenic callus was obtained after 3 successive subcultures.

以无子西瓜郑抗4号无菌苗子叶为外植体，进行了体细胞胚发生及植株再生的研究，结果表明，无菌苗应先进行3d暗培养，然后采取光照16h/d和黑暗8h/d培养3d；将子叶的叶面朝下放置于培养基上的愈伤组织诱导率高于叶面朝上的培养方式；子叶诱导胚性愈伤组织的最适培养基配方为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+KT1.0mg/L+GA31.0mg/L；诱导需要在黑暗条件下启动，进行7d暗培养，而生长分化于光照16h/d和黑暗8h/d条件下培养7d；继代3次得到的胚性愈伤组织最多；最适生根培养基配方为1/2MS+IBA0.3mg/L。

Results: Three patients who underwent radial artery harvest experienced transient dysesthesia in the area of the skin incision and dorsum of the hand in the immediate postoperative period.

结果：在使用桡动脉获取技术的患者中，3例出现手术切口及手背皮肤术后短时间内麻木，其他患者无前臂感觉及活动障碍，无前臂缺血并发症。

Expression of Caspase-3 and bcl-2 protein In E20 cerebral cortex, the expression of cleaved Caspase-3 in the encephalocoele group are higher than that in control group, and the expression of bcl-2 in the encephalocoele group are lower than that in control group. These findings were consistent with the results of the western blot analysis in E14 Brain.

四、Western-blot检测E14、E20胎鼠大脑皮质中caspase-3、bcl-2蛋白的表达 1、用Western-blot方法检测不同组E20胎鼠大脑皮质中caspase-3、bcl-2蛋白表达水平，结果表明对照组、给药无畸形组、脊柱裂组胎鼠大脑皮质中caspase-3、bcl-2蛋白表达水平无明显改变，而脑膨出组胎鼠大脑皮质中caspase-3蛋白活化片段表达水平明显增加，bcl-2蛋白表达水平明显减少。

The changes were observed and anlysised. Results In the normal days and after operation, the far distance binocular vision and near distance stereoacuity were no significant difference between 14 cyclic esotropia cases and normal. In 16 cases of consecutive esotropia, 12 cases had no binocular vision before operation, and after operation, simultaneous perception were acquired in 16 cases (100%), fusional power in l6 cases (100%) while the range of fusion was lower than normal, far distance stereoscopic vision in 10 cases (62.5%), near distance stereoscopic vision in 8 cases (50%).

观察术前、术后的远双眼视觉，近立体视锐度变化：结果 14例周期性内斜视患者术前正位日及术后远双眼视觉及近立体视锐度与正常人群相比无显著性差异。16例恒定性内斜视术前12例(75%)无双眼视觉，术后16例(100%)具有同时知觉能力，16例(100%)可获得融合力，但融合范围低于正常人群。10例(62.5%)获远立体视，8例(50%)获得不同程度近立体视。

Results: In the group of reservating intercostobrachial nerve, 48 patients have no change in sensation, 11 patients have anesthesia, one has burning sensation, and 9 patients have hypoaesthesia.

Measure the tissue biopsy after death with lethiferous dose. If no toxicity or death occur after the experiment of 12 weeks, measure the hepatic and renal function and the tissue biopsy. There was no rat which had the toxical manifestation such as active or motive abnormities and 3 rats died because of environment or others after the experiment of 12 weeks.

实验中分别测定治疗剂量组小鼠在用药4周，8周，12周后的肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查；中毒剂量组小鼠在出现行为、动作异常，如改变姿势、叫声异常、不安、安静、震颤、运动失调、惊厥等中毒表现时，取血液标本测定肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查；致死剂量组小鼠发生死亡后进行组织病理检查；若12周实验结束时无小鼠出现中毒表现或死亡，则取血液标本测定肝肾功能，并进行组织病理检查。12周实验结束时，无小鼠出现动作、行为异常等中毒表现，有3只小鼠因为环境或其它原因发生死亡，病理检查结果正常。

In the artificial rearing larval honeybee method, 1-day-old larvae were reared in laboratory and 0.1 - 100 ppm pyriproxyfen was added in larval food. A dose respondent effect was found in the larval development of the treated larvae. Results showed that 0.1 ppm pyriproxyfen reduced the eclosion rate of the reared larvae conspicuously, and 1 ppm pyriproxyfen reduced that 84.6% of eclosion honeybee appeared the condition of deformed wings. The 10 ppm pyriproxyfen treatment caused 53.8% melanic death in the pupal stage, and no honeybees succeed in eclosion.
