Using Latin square test, the effect of geometrical parameters on the characteristics of non-overload sewage pump was studied, and the effecting principle of geometrical parameters on efficiency, maximum brake horsepower and its location were researched, the major and minor factors affecting these performance were found out by way of variance analysis, the correction of equation on maximum brake horsepower and its location were also tested.

用正交试验法研究了各几何参数对无过载排污泵性能的影响，探索了各几何参数对效率、最大轴功率值及其位置的影响规律，并通过方差分析找到了影响这些性能的主要因素和次要因素，验证了无过载排污泵最大轴功率值及其位置公式的正确性，根据试验结果对模型泵提出了进一步设计方案，本试验结果对无过载排污泵水力设计有一定的参考价值。

Results 1 there were no significant differences of amplitude of accommodation and accommodative lag between the myopia group and emmetropia group. 结果 近视患儿的主导眼和非主导眼的调节幅度和调节滞后与正视儿童均差异无统计学意义；而其主导眼和非主导眼的调节幅度比远视患儿明显更大(t=2.21， P=0.03.05； t=2.83，P=0.006.05)；两组的调节滞后差异无统计学意义。50例近视患儿主导眼和非主导眼的调节滞后值分别为(0.73±0.31)D和(0.81±0.38)D，主导眼和非主导眼间差异有统计学意义(t=2.14，P＝0.038.05)；调节幅度分别为(13.39±3.51)D和(13.26±0.60)D，差异无统计学意义。95例观察对象的主导眼的调节滞后度为(0.68±0.36)D，非主导眼调节滞后度为(0.75±0.34)D，主导眼和非主导眼间的差异有统计学意义(t=2.06， P=0.042.05)；主导眼调节幅度(12.9±3.09)D，非主导眼为(12.6±3.09)D，差异无统计学意义(t=1.49， P=0.14)。

However, in designing the beamless slabs with equivalent frame method, the stress is an average values along the depth of section, which varies with the normal service state. Compared with the results by finite element method, the results gained by equivalent frame method cannot satisfy the requirement under the normal service state. Therefore, the tendons of beamless slabs should be designed and arranged based on the results of FEM taking account into vertical load and prestressed load.

本文通过分析，认为采用等代框架法进行无梁板设计时，其内力是基于截面平均的结果，在正常使用状态与实际受力状态有很大的不同，通过对比等代框架法和有限元计算的正常使用极限状态应力可知，按等代框架法设计的预应力布置并不能保证其正常使用极限状态的要求，据此提出了应根据无梁板在竖向荷载和预应力共同作用下弹性有限元分析结果进行预应力筋布置的建议。

Six weeks after drug intervention,we found,in ADM+Res group,the mean tumor volume of MCF-7/ADM cells implanted tumor was 1.203±0.338 cm~3 with statistical significance to compare with other groups(P＜0.05),decreased about 50.58%compared with the mean tumor volume of ADM alone group1.979±0.307 cm~3the result of the mean tumor weigh was alike to the mean tumor volume; compared with the control,Res could relieve weigh loss(P＜0.05,and the toxicity of treatment was not obvious;Microscopic examination showed that there was massive area of cytoclasis and apoptosis in the tumor tissue of the combination group comparing with other groups.

实验结果提示用药6W后，ADM+Res组移植瘤体积(1.203±0.338)cm~3明显小于其余各组，抑瘤率为50.58%，与单用ADM组(1.979±0.307)cm~3相比有差异P＜0.05肿瘤重量的结果与瘤体结果类似；未观察到用药后的毒副作用；经不同处理后，单独注射Res组小鼠体重较生理盐水组及ADM组有所增加(P＜0.05，而ADM+Res组治疗前后体重无差异P＞0.05HE结果显示与其他组相比，ADM+Res组肿瘤组织中出现大片坏死区域。

After verification of the program, the mathematical models of the suspension bridges were studied by means of the program, as well as the determination of the main cable's shapes and its internal forces at different stages, the calculation of the cable's unstrained length and the analysis of the construction processes, of which some new approaches were presented in the mean time. Thus makes the structural analysis results of suspension bridges more reliable and in accordance with reality.

在用算例验证了程序分析结果正确性的基础上，应用该程序对悬索桥的数学模型、各阶段缆索几何形状及内力状态的确定以及缆索无应力长度的计算和施工过程分析进行了研究，提出了确定缆索在成桥状态下的几何形状及其内力状态以及缆索无应力长度计算的新方法，使悬索桥的结构分析结果更加符合实际情况。

Our results indicated that (1)SO_2 derivatives could dose-dependently relax the isolated aorta rings with or without endothelium precontracted by NE, no difference was found for the rings with and without endothelium;(2)Levels of cAMP and 6-Keto(PGI_2) in isolated aortic rings were increased by SO_2 derivatives in a dose-dependent way, which were independent of endothelium;(3)SO_2 derivatives decreased cGMP levels in the rings, but not significantly; The decrease of cGMP levels was also independent of endothelium;(4)No changes of TXB_2 in rings with or without endothelium were observed;(5)Whether presence or absence of endothelium, cAMP/cGMP and 6-Keto/TXB_2 ratios were increased significantly.
