Results:Part1: Mean serum EPO concentration of CRF patients showed significant lower than that of control. After transplantation, renal function recovered quickly while Hb level increased steadily in 37 patients with immediate graft function. Their EPO concentration increased significantly and double peaks of EPO level were obtained at day 4 and week 4. 4 cases in IGF suffered from post-transplant erythrocytosis. But their EPO concentration did not reach statistical significance. 5 cases developed delayed graft function, without EPO double peaks and their EPO concentrations showed signiffcant lower than that of IGF.

结果：第一部分：尿毒症病人血清EPO浓度明显低于正常对照值。37例立即肾功能恢复者，SCr迅速下降，Hb上升，其血清EPO浓度在术后第4d形成第一个高峰，与术前和正常对照比较均有显著差异，其后开始下降，在术后4w时再次升高形成第二个高峰。4例IGF患者在术后16w左右发展为PTE，其EPO浓度值略增高，但与IGF组患者EPO水平无统计学差异；5例DGF患者术后无典型的双峰特点，EPO水平明显低于同时期IGF组，直到肾功能恢复后才逐渐升高。

In order to solve the problem that the Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithm used in reactive power optimization currently has the shortcomings of time consuming computation, poor orientability and applicability,a ε-omination based MOEA was applied in reactive power optimization.According to different significance among objective components, an adaptive ε-omination was created and relevant post-evaluation fuzzy logic controller was established to select solution.

针对多目标无功优化方法存在寻优时间过长，优化结果针对性不强以及难以实现自动实时控制的问题，将一种基于ε-支配域的多目标进化算法应用到多目标无功优化的求解中，根据多目标模糊评价函数各目标分量的不同重要程度，构建出自适应ε-支配域，生成相应的后评价模糊控制器以实现优化结果的智能选择。

Results: Relative diagnostic accordance rate of the clinical exploration and four kinds of image processing setup was the highest（P＞0.01）in the first premolars. Relative diagnostic accordance rate of the clinical exploration and the pseudocolor image setup and negative image setup was the highest（P＞0.01）, and that of the clinical exploration and the pseudo3D image setup and positive image setup was the lowest（P＜ 0.01）, showing statistical differences in the second premolars.

In this dissertation, many works have been done on the basis of the summarization of the merits of all kinds of meshless methods after a large number of relevant references are read and studied. The basic ideas, principles of meshless methods and their development in the recent years are introduced synoptically. Applications of Element-free Galerkin method in elastic foundation plate are studied deeply and some useful conclusions are obtained as follows:(1) Comparisons between numerical solutions and analytical solutions for several different styles of weight functions, including Gaussian weight function, spline weight function and singular weight function etc, are performed. The results show that Gaussian weight function is the best one.(2) Ranges of relevant parameters for Gaussian weight function are given.(3) Influences of nodal distribution schemes and the number of Gaussian integrated dots on computational results are discussed.

Results:Biochemical indicators: the concentrations of K+, Na+ and Cl－ in the serum after the infusion are different with those before the infusion; other indicators don't have the significant difference. The mean infusion time of group A is longer than that of group B (p=0.006), while the dosis letalis of KCl doesn't have significant difference between groups (p=0.062); the concentrations of K+ in blood, Na+, Mg2+ and Cl－ in serum have the significant difference between groups; the urine volume and the concentrations of all the urine electrolyte indicators don't have the statistical significant difference between groups.

The drug release experiments in vitro indicated that with the increase of PLA molecular weight, the drug release rates decreased. 4ac releasing from 4ac-PLA-NP could be characterized by Weibull's equation. The interaction between 4ac and others compositions was not detected by DSC. The peak position of 4ac in DSC did not changed comparing 4ac with 4ac-PLA-NP lyophilize injection. Thc X-ray result showed that the peak of 4ac-PLA-NP was piled up between 4ac and other compositions.

There were no significant facilitating effects to the retention of signaled information in the overuse of text signals condition, but there were in the selective use of text signals condition. Experiment 3, in which 2 small experiments contained, studied the effects of reader-based factors. Experiment 3a examined the effects of the familarity to the text topics and the readers' reading levels. Experiment 3b explored the effects of cognitive style and the intention to use the text signals. The results were as the follows: There were no significant difference between the signaled and unsignaled conditions in the circumstance of high familarity to the text topics, but there were significant differences between them in the circumstances of lower familarity to the text topics. There were no significant differences between the signaled and unsignaled conditions for the field-independent participants, but there were for the field-dependent participants. All the participants with different reading levels were helped by the text signals.

实验3 对不同主体因素条件下文章标记效应进行了研究，分2个分实验，实验3a以高中二年级学生为被试，研究了文章主题熟悉程度与阅读水平对文章标记效应的影响，实验3b以初中二年级学生为被试，探索了读者不同的认知方式与标记利用的意向对文章标记效应的影响，实验3结果发现，读者的阅读水平、对文章主题的熟悉程度、认知方式和利用标记意向等因素影响着文章标记效应，在文章主题熟悉的条件下，有无文章标记无显著差异，但在主题不熟悉条件下，有文章标记的效果显著优于无标记的效果；对场独立被试而言，有无标记无显著差异，但对场依存被试来说，有标记条件显著优于无标记条件；文章标记对不同阅读水平被试都有显著促进效应；文章标记利用意向对场独立与场依存被试都有显著促进效应。
