MPR and VR were applied in the imaging post-processing. Results: All cases were divided into four groups according to the thoracic CT findings and pathologic results as follows:① spheral caseous pneumonia;② tuberculous granuloma;③ fibrous caseous nodule;④ Focal pulmonary consolidation with cavitation. The spheral lesion appeared inhomogeneous density (44/58). cavitation (14/58) or satellite foci (21/58). Contrast scanning was carried out in 31 cases, of which peripheral or ringshaped enhancement was seen in 15 cases, no enhancement in 9 cases and extensive enhancement was seen in 7 cases.

结果：依据影像学表现、随访结果和病灶的病理改变，将58例球形肺结核分为四种类型：①球形干酪肺炎11例，体积较大（最大直径3~5cm），边缘模糊或毛糙，可见晕征，无强化或环行强化；②结核性肉芽肿19例，软组织密度，形态规则或不规则，边缘清楚或光整，强化模式为均匀强化或厚壁强化；③纤维干酪结节14例，规则球形，边缘光滑锐利，内部密度不均匀，可见钙化，多无强化或薄壁环行强化；④结核空洞14例，干酪空洞或纤维空洞，内壁不光整，可见到引流支气管（2例）。

Monte Carlo simulations were conducted to study the new approaches of QTL mapping, the results indicated that general least squares method, which was widely applied in mixed linear model, could unbiasedly estimate all genetic main effects, including additive effects, dominance effects and epistatic effects of additive by additive, additive by dominance, dominance by additive, dominance by dominance.

After verification of the program, the mathematical models of the suspension bridges were studied by means of the program, as well as the determination of the main cable's shapes and its internal forces at different stages, the calculation of the cable's unstrained length and the analysis of the construction processes, of which some new approaches were presented in the mean time. Thus makes the structural analysis results of suspension bridges more reliable and in accordance with reality.

对降低高速铁路桥上板式无碴轨道及城市轨道交通桥上支承块式无碴轨道轮轨噪声的技术措施进行了研究，包括：(1)分别就板式轨道和支承块式轨道结构参数的低噪声设计原则进行了研究；(2)对几种典型的新型轨道用吸声材料的降噪效果进行了分析，结果表明降噪效果显著；(3)就声屏障高度、位置、形状以及声屏障内侧敷设吸声材料对降噪效果的影响进行了分析，结果表明：声屏障越高、越接近轨道，降噪效果越好；声屏障内侧敷设吸声材料，可降低钢轨近旁噪声2.0～3.0dBA，可降低近地面噪声约1.5～2.0dBA

The lower neck node area and supraclavicular fossae were irradiated with the conventional technique by anterior field. results with a median follow up of 12 months(range 2~32 months), 6 patients died(4 died of distant metastasis), 5 patients relapse in the primary site, 2 patients relapse in the neck and 16 patients showed distant metastasis.

结果 中位随访时间12个月（2～32个月）。6例死亡（其中4例死于远处转移），5例原发灶复发，2例颈部复发，16例远处转移。1年和2年的总体生存率、无局部复发生存率、无区域进展生存率和无远处转移生存率分别为100%，94.6%；98.4%，91.4%；99.1%，97.9%及91.9%，85%。n分期是影响无远处转移生存率的预后因素（p＝0.04）。

Our results indicated that (1)SO_2 derivatives could dose-dependently relax the isolated aorta rings with or without endothelium precontracted by NE, no difference was found for the rings with and without endothelium;(2)Levels of cAMP and 6-Keto(PGI_2) in isolated aortic rings were increased by SO_2 derivatives in a dose-dependent way, which were independent of endothelium;(3)SO_2 derivatives decreased cGMP levels in the rings, but not significantly; The decrease of cGMP levels was also independent of endothelium;(4)No changes of TXB_2 in rings with or without endothelium were observed;(5)Whether presence or absence of endothelium, cAMP/cGMP and 6-Keto/TXB_2 ratios were increased significantly.

结果：①SO_2衍生物对去甲肾上腺素预收缩的内皮完整和去除内皮的大鼠胸主动脉血管环均呈浓度依赖性舒张作用，且其张力变化在内皮完整与去内皮的血管环之间无显著性差异；②SO_2衍生物可引起血管组织中cAMP、6-Keto(即PGI_2)含量剂量依赖性增加，其增加程度与内皮无关；③SO_2衍生物对血管环cGMP含量呈降低趋势但在统计学上无显著意义，且对去除内皮血管无显著影响；④SO_2衍生物对去内皮或内皮完整血管环的TXB_2含量均无明显影响；⑤无论是否去除内皮，SO_2衍生物均可引起cAMP／cGMP和6-Keto／TXB_2比值显著升高。

According to the construction course and finished dead state of the inclined tower cable-stayed bridge without back stay at Tongling Road in Hefei and combining the modern theory and method of the bridge construction control mentioned in this paper, established a space model by large-scale general finite element software ANSYS. It can obtain some valuable result by emulating analysis of the bridge which is under the construction course and finished dead state. It can provide an instruction for the Tongling Road bridge with the result and construction job site monitoring data.

文中根据合肥市铜陵路预应力混凝土无背索斜塔斜拉桥的具体施工过程和成桥状态，结合文中介绍的现代桥梁施工控制理论和方法，运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立了三维空间模型，对该桥进行了施工过程和成桥状态下的结构仿真模拟分析，将模拟计算结果与施工现场振动频率法索力测试数据和分析结果相结合，为铜陵路无背索斜塔斜拉桥拉索张拉施工提供指导，及时调控，确保了该桥在成桥后线形美观，受力性能满足要求。

Results After operation, all the 13 patients gained reduction and fusion without infection; except one case with temporarily stretching of the nerve roots, the others had no neurological deterioration; the symptoms were improved of certain degree: excellent in 9 patients, good in 3 patients and general in 1 patient; the follow-up lasting from 3 months to 42 months with the average of 13 months revealed stable condition and clear symptom improvement of the patients; the X-ray images showed good fusion of the grafting bones and no break-up of the screws; no other long-term complications were found.

结果 术后13例全部达到解剖复位，无感染。除1例术后出现暂时性L5及S1神经根牵拉症状外，余无神经系统功能恶化表现。所有病人原有症状均获得不同程度改善，其中优9例，良3例，可1例。本组随访时间为3月～42月，平均13个月。随访中患者情况稳定，症状体征改善明显。X线片显示椎间植骨融合良好，螺钉无折断，无其它远期并发症。

The strain's capability of releasing potassium from k-feldspar and biotite in the nitrogen-containing medium is higher than that in the nitrogen-free medium because in the nitrogen-free medium, the strain and its production of glucoprotein are less than those in the nitrogen-containing medium.
