The morphology of M2 and M3 was observed in hothouse and mutants on cotyledon and root of seedling, or embryo of seed were identified. The result showed that there were 8 types of mutative treats on cotyledon, including light-yellow cotyledon, yellowish cotyledon, trump-shaped cotyledon, multilobed cotyledon, non-cotyledon, single-cotyledon, tricotyledon and quadrcotyledon.

M_2和M_3的水培和形态学观察的结果发现，子叶性状出现浅色、黄化、喇叭形、多耳突、无子叶、单子叶、三子叶、四子叶等8种变异类型；根系性状出现短小根、发达根、无侧根和弱向地性等4种变异类型；种胚性状中发现了多胚变异。

The results showed that the bacteria B7 came into the logarithmic growth phase for 5 h culture. Both the fermentation liquid and its filtration could inhibit C. colhounii effectively, and the fermentation of dilution l0 times also showed significant differences compared with the control. The inhibiting effect of its fermentation media filtration was even more significant in the optimizing test, with the maximal inhibition rate of 100%. The best fermentation condition was 0.5% glucose, 0.1% ammonium muriate, without extra mineral, pH 5.4, temperature 28℃. Based on the morphological properties and 16S rRNA sequence, the bacterium B7 was identified as the Bacillus subtilis.

结果表明，该菌体在培养了5h后即进入对数生长期；B7细菌的发酵液原液和无菌滤液均能抑制病原菌的生长，其中发酵液原液的10^3稀释液的抑菌效果仍与对照之间存在显著的差异；发酵条件优化试验中发现该细菌的无菌滤液最大抑菌率达100%，最佳发酵条件为葡萄糖0.5%、氯化钱0.1%、不加无机盐、pH5.4，温度28℃；结合形态学特征和16S rRNA的序列分析，将该菌株鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。

The results show that the organic-inorganic specialty fertilizer 〔16-6-8-20 〕is favorite to the yield increase and nitrate content decrease against tumorous stem mustard, and the inorganic fertilizer type Ⅱ(19-7-9) follows. Single superphosphate is better than monoammonium phosphate in increasing the yield whilst poorer in decreasing its nitrate content,sulfate of potash is better than muriate of potash in increasing the yield while weaker in decreasing its nitrate content,and fused calcium magnesium phosphate shows little desired effects.

结果表明：有机无机型专用肥〔16-6-8-20〕对茎瘤芥增产和降低其硝酸盐含量的作用最佳，其次为无机型专用肥Ⅱ(19-7-9)，过磷酸钙对茎瘤芥增产效果优于磷酸一铵，但降低其硝酸盐含量不及磷酸一铵，硫酸钾的增产作用优于氯化钾，但氯化钾降低硝酸盐含量的效果较好，钙镁磷肥对其增产和降低硝酸盐含量的效果均差。

Results:①In normal extracellular solution, the non-selective cholinergic agonist acetylcholine and the muscarinic agonist muscarine both caused the increace of [Ca2+]i in separately 21 out of 25 and 14 out of 18 VHCs I, while only 3 out of 20 and 2 out of 16 VHCs I had a weak increase of [Ca2+]i if investigated in calcium free extracellular solution; nicotine could increase the [Ca2+]i in 7 out of 32 VHCsⅠonly at enough high concentration(up to 10 mmol/L) in normal extracellular solution, this [Ca~(2+)]_i increase by nicotine at high concentration could not be investigated if at calcium free solution.

结果①非选择性胆碱能受体激动剂乙酰胆碱、M型胆碱能受体激动剂毒蕈碱在正常细胞外液中均可引起大部分(21/25， 14/18)单离VHCⅠ[Ca~(2+)]_i的升高，但无钙外液中ACh、muscarine仅使少部分(3/20，2/16)VHCⅠ[Ca~(2+)]_i升高且作用减弱；正常外液中，N型受体激动剂尼古丁仅在高浓度(≥10 mmol/L)时引起部分(7/32) VHCⅠ[Ca~(2+)]_i升高，在低浓度时对胞内钙离子浓度影响不明显，无钙外液中，10 mmol/L nicotine对胞内钙离子浓度影响不明显。

RESULTS: A total of 36 rabbit models, 6 in the 1-month therapy group and 8 in the 3-month therapy group were died from infection. In the 1-month therapy group, thick ureteric wall and smooth ureteric lumina developed without any contracture. Under the optical microscope, transitional epithelial cells covered throughout the inner walls and smooth muscle cells appeared sparsely in a mussy configuration. In addition, CKAE1/AE3 staining was positive butα-actin staining was very weak when checked by immunohistochemistry. In the 3-month therapy group, amnion-ureters were enclosed by their peripheral tissue and showed rich blood vessels and normal ureteric lumina without significant contracture, futher more, there had formed a well-arranged transitional epithelial layer and smooth muscular layer, the immunohistochemistry result showed that the expression of CKAE1/AE3 and α-actin were positive.

结果：36只大白兔中，1个月治疗组死亡6只，3个月治疗组死亡8只，死亡原因均为感染。1个月治疗组大白兔羊膜输尿管柔软，长4 cm，管壁变厚，无挛缩，移行上皮组织爬满内壁，平滑肌组织部分再生，但较稀疏，排列不规则；免疫组织化学检查提示CKAE1/AE3染色阳性，α-Actin染色微弱。3个月治疗组大白兔羊膜输尿管与周围粘连，有丰富的血运，无明显挛缩，管腔不缩小，已形成良好的移行上皮层和平滑肌层，免疫组织化学显示α-Actin和CKAE1/AE3染色均为阳性。

Resultsthe ef fective rates of aripiprazole and risperidone were 92.1% and 89.5% respectively,which showed no significant difference. there were no severe side effect in bot h group, but the group were rate of some adverse effect including myotonia, akat hisia, menostasis and lactation in aripiprazole group were fewer then that in ri speridone group.

结果 阿立哌唑的有效率为92.1%，利培酮的有效率为89.5%，两组疗效差异无显著性。2种药物均无严重不良反应，阿立哌唑组的肌强直、静坐不能以及闭经、泌乳的安全性明显低于利培酮组。

DM1 and DM2 gene were amplified by PCR,tested by agarose electrophoresis, then analyzed by genetic analyzer. Results: Myotonia and muscle weakness were the main manifestations associated with heart block (7/8) and cataract (6/7). Electromyologram showed myopathic abnormalities not only in patients but also in other members of the family (5/6). The CTG repeats in DM1 and CCTG repeats in DM2 were all in normal range.

Results There was no noticeable changes in nasality and total NAR for type Ⅰ patients at stage one, but further study showed that simple maxillary sinusitis had effects on nasality while frontal sinusitis and sphenoid sinusitis failed to.

The biological activities of the metal complexes of derivatives of benzaldehyde nitrogen mustard were investigated against 〓,〓 and SMMC-7721 cell lines. The interesting results were found. When the non-activity ligand combines with cobalt and nickel , the complexes have good antitumor activity, while active ligand binds to the metal, the complex has no activity, indicating there are synergic effect and counteraction between the metals and the ligands.
